To this day I do not posses any copies of the record of the accident. I asked C&S Wholesale for the copies of the record in front of many selectors and cameras. C&S Wholesale insurance stopped paying for my treatment due to insufficient evidence that the accident occurred at work. Also I was never compensated for my disability to work. I was given some papers to sign for disability from C&S Wholesale and I was told that if I sign that the accident did not happen at work I will receive $250 a week for disability, I refused to sign the papers and asked for the record of the accident, Buddy Martin turned around and walked away. After that I have come back to C&S on numerous occasions and the staff and management have always ignored and avoided me. I am simply amazed and greatly disappointed at their actions towards me, their unprofessional methods and complete disregard for my well being.
I have a strong belief that if this accident happened to a citizen or someone more fluent in the English language the companies?? approach would be greatly different. I lost a great deal of mobility due to the pain in my lower back. There are many things I simply cannot do anymore due to the accident. The worst part is that I feel that if I ever recover I will not be able to go back to work considering the harassment and abuse I endured from the management. I feel nothing short of being discriminated against.

This is one of the worst companies to work for. The executive and management staff are heartless, uneducated, without morals and values. The HR Department is a joke and full of lies. The HR staff put on a good face in front of employees but all the while laugh behind their backs and figure out ways to get over on them. It is a plantation mentality with executoives from the good old boy white days and the females are their pawns. I have never seen so many liars, cheaters, and underhanded criminals. They will work the hell out of the employees including the management staff. They expect you to be tied to your blackberry and laptop even on weekends and holidays. If you dare express concern or miss an email, you have hell to pay. You are on the short list and made to look like you are not a team player just because you do not want to hang out with uneducated and under handed bigots, racists and sexists

This company lies it cheats and it trys to intimidate it's own employees and then lies to the companies it does business with.Run as fast as you can from them and don't shop anywhere they do business.

yes the comment above was HR heard word for word the same speach in orientation. im over 40 so i was hired as a selector with over 12 other people 11 of which were in thier 20s. though the case counts were all around the same amounts, my percentage was lower then the younger group. The reason for this is that the trainers decide when individuals get down time for restacking pallets built wrong, picking up pallets that fall etc. so they minipulate the system to keep those they desire, I.E young individuals they will get more time from. The manner of which they terminate is awful. they tell you in the office at the start of the shift, walk you through the empty office out the door so no one can see, walk you out the door taking your id. when i returned the next day they stopped me at the gate, i told them what i was there for, they had my check at the gate, telling me i was not allowed on the property. I gave them not a single reason to treat me in that manner, not one. Yes a truly terrible place to work.

Whoever wrote the review above is in Human resources. This company does not care about its employees. They will find a way to take money right out of your pocket. They will not pay you for Overtime or promised holiday pay even if youre eligible for OT. As far as the case rates, If you make to much they find a way to cut your pay and keep you at a certain hourly wage. The only reason this company stays at the top is because they screw their employees out of thousands of dollars each year and screw their vendors.
