There just aren't enough stars to describe my experience at Bridal and Gift. A few months ago I went into bridal and gift (and yes ladies it is cramped but just stick with it its worth it! and ALOT of stores are this way). I ordered a beautiful gown with the help of Francia. The dress came in and I went in today to pick it up. Trying it on, we hit a wall. The dress in my size did not flatter me at all. I had a drastic weight loss and the dress hit on all the wrong points and didn't flatter my great points well. Panic set in as well as disappointment. Francia listened to me and understood my concern, she called up the maanger of the salon Linda who came in and also listened to my story and agreeded that the dress had a snag. Linda then said to me "I just want you to feel beautiful on your wedding day" which was exactly what I needed to hear. She agreed to credit the dress and allow me to look for a new gown. Linda and Francia then brought in the most beautiful dress ever. It truely is my dream dress. I ordered it and now can not wait for it to come in. They saved my confidence, my wallet, and most of all honestly made my dream of being a beautiful bride come true.

I went to this shop with high hopes, as i had heard NOTHING but good things about it! No one in the RI, MA, CT area carried the dress I was looking for so I had to do what they call BORROW program (designer sends a dress 50$ out of MY pocket- for me to try and send back). Well i went in and got a girl by the name of Erica, she was very sweet and helped me into my dress. Great experience the first day.. Second day i go back to try it on since the designer only allows you to have the dress for 3 days- and the woman helping me says "This dress looked amazing on a model today". EXCUSE ME?! i was shocked, why did i spend 50$ for you to put MY dress on a model? she said well we're going to put it in our fashion show.. *NO NO NO!!!* I called the owner the next day and he literally screamed at me and said i have no right to tell him how to run his business, that when he looks at his business card he sees his wife's and his name, not mine on it- I WAS LIVID- i tried explaining that I had spent the 50$ to get the dress there, and that they weren't using the dress on MY dollar to put in their show.. THEN they said they loved it so much on me they wanted to stock the store with it... Now.. it took me almost a year to find this dress, and no one in the area of 300 miles carried it, now everyone of my neighbors could walk in their shop and wear MY dress? PSHHHH... when i explained this to them, they said AND I QUOTE " What... do you think its some kind of *secret* dress or something" .. after all of this, i found a shop that was willing to give me the dress for 500... yes 500$ cheaper.. so i would NEVER go back to bridal and gift, as a matter of fact, i left my scarf there, and was so PO'd, i never went back to get it...

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Linda and the store. The store is in a large house and yes a bit small, but I was made to feel like my wedding was very important to them. When my dress came in, they called me to let me know it was there. Linda ordered the dress with me standing right at the counter. The seamstress was very accommodating, she had to take of both myself and my daughter. I had two final fittings to ensure the attendants were able to bustle the train. Linda took care of my veil which was not bought at her store but a gift to me. I was at more than one bridal salon before this store. I received a friendly greeting when I walked in as apposed to the snooty ones I received from a larger chain store. They took the time to find the right dress for me. For those who said they wanted to return their dresses, bridal gown and attendant dress sales are final in most bridal boutiques.

Ladies, do not bother.

I had a fair experience on the day I went to buy my dress here (though the other reviews are right - the store is cramped and hot). The woman who helped me was nice, but I lucked out - overhearing the other sales people, I was fairly horrified.

The rough part came when I called them a couple of months later to confirm my dress arrival date (my sisters are crazy organized!). The first sales associate told me that she "couldn't read the arrival date," that was written for my dress and would have to call me back in a few minutes." The entire day passed with no response. Called back the next day and was tossed from associate to associate before Linda, the owner, picked up and told me that my dress had never been ordered because the manufacturer stopped making it. I pride myself on being a reasonable person ... but if I hadn't called to check, it would've been pretty interesting to get to the time when they'd originally told me it'd get in (couple months before the wedding) and find out it wasn't ordered. To top it off, Linda was rude and unapologetic. I had to fight to get my deposit back, which they stalled on sending to me.

Bottom line: you're better off going anywhere else.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!

BRIDES BEWARE! I ordered my dress and waited 4 long months for it to arrive, all to find out that THEY ORDERED ME THE WRONG DRESS, just 10 weeks before my wedding. It turns out they sold me a dress that the manufacturer stopped making all together, but for some reason, the store kept the sample on the floor.

Can you imagine waiting 4 months for your dream dress to arrive, all to have the garment bag unzipped and the WRONG dress be inside?

I don't think I have to say anything else...

This wasn't a bad place but it definitely needs work.

I agree with other reviews its crammed and appears disorganized. The dressing rooms are small closet. There are lots of mirrors but no space to move.

The sales associate was nice but definitely had no clue what I wanted or where any styles of dresses I like were. My sales associate did walk off at one point telling me to pull any dresses I would like. This was very hard because the dresses are basically crammed together on racks. We couldn't even see the dresses behind the first row. Eventually she did come back but it was very frustrating. How are you suppose to find a dress you like when the dress are all crammed together. You can't even see the dresses fully.

The most frustrating part that I will give Bob credit for was his honesty. I was told by an associate that they had a dress I was looking for (Maggie Sottero: Jocelyn). The first appointment they didn't have the dress because it was pulled for a trunk show. I rebooked my appointment to try the dress on. We were traveling almost 2 hours to this place so the second appointment we called to verify they had the dress. We got Bob and he was honest with us. They didn't have they dress and it was very hard to find. I appreciate his honesty because we were basically lied too twice by his staff. Whether it was a simple mistake doesn't matter because we did our homework and called to verify if thye had the dress. All the sales associate had to do was check the inventory.

It wasn't the worst experience but it definitely wasn't the best.

I will always suggest Majesty LLC in Danbury CT. It was six hour drive for me but worth.

I had a fantastic experience at Bridal & Gift. I met Bob & Linda at a wedding expo with my fiance, & right away I knew they were 'real people'. They were so sweet & helpful, & right then & there I made an appointment to see them.

My appointment was today, and Janet (I believe that was who it was) started helping me right away. She showed me a few racks of dresses, and I didn't quite see anything that jumped out at me. I had visited a wedding website the night before & found this dress that I really loved, & I'd printed out a picture. I showed Janet the picture in the hopes that she had one like it, & she went to go check.

She showed me a dress that, although from a different designer than the one in the picture, looked EXACTLY like my dress. I wasn't sure if I'd like it (the one in the picture had red trim, hers was navy), but decided to try it on anyway.
...Oh my God. The dress fit me PERFECTLY. It'd been made for another bride whose wedding had been canceled (poor thing), but amazingly it fit like it was made JUST for me. GORGEOUS.

She & Linda asked me different questions about the dress: like if I wanted sleeves, what kind of veil I wanted, if I wanted a tiara or not. I wasn't sure, so they picked a few accessories to show me. The veil they picked? Perfect w/ the dress. The headband/tiara they picked? Perfect w/ the dress. I decided to go with both. I wanted cap sleeps for the dress, and they took a shawl that came with the dress and showed me how they could use it to make the sleeves. It looked wonderful.

Went I was finished & went to pay for the dress, they gave me the option to pay in full or 1/2 now, 1/2 in 30 days (I took the 2nd option). They gave me a BUNCH of bridal magazines - for FREE, and informed me that if I wanted, I could get a discount on shoes, bridesmaids' dresses, jewelry, and other accessories b/c I bought my dress from their shop. They also let me know about inexpensive honeymoon/vacation packages I could choose from through them, and the locations were amazing (European cruise, Italy, Canary Islands, & more)

They were both *SO* wonderful, sweet, & helpful. I was *totally* not expecting to buy the FIRST dress I tried on in the FIRST shop I went to, but the price was amazing, the shop was amazing, the workers were amazing, EVERYTHING was amazing! I totally and completely recommend them to EVERYONE in the South Attleboro area, they are *SO* fantastic.

Beware, the owner is rude, deceitful, and condescending.
I went to Bridal and Gift I to buy my mother-of-the-groom dress on February 23, 2010. I found it unattractive on the outside and extremely cramped and stuffy inside. Once inside, however, I thought I??d give it a try. I wanted a particular dress I had seen on line, but the sales lady didn??t know how to use the computer so I had to sit and try to look it up myself for her! Turns out the upstairs computer is so old and slow, I just gave up. My friend that came with me helped me find and try on the sample dresses more than the salesperson that kept leaving us. I found a dress with the help my friend and ordered it.

I wanted a comfortable pair of shoes and found a pair on line but was debating on which of two colors would best match the dress. I went back to the store in early April to look at the sample dress again so that I could remember the exact color. When I told them what I was doing, they told me they carried the same shoe I had seen on line and they could dye them for me to match the dress exactly! This was going to be perfect, no decisions to be made - or so I thought!

I bought a pair of shoes April 13, 2010. The wedding was August 8. After three months of many trips back to the store, many different excuses and lies by the store owner, Linda, of why my shoes weren??t ready for me, I finally got them just three weeks before the wedding. Not only do they not match the dress (shoes slightly olive green and dress beige), one shoe is actually TWO different colors ( the toe area a deeper olive green)! Absolutely useless to me. Had to buy new ones on line last minute (that match better off the rack than the ones Linda (store owner) dyed. There is no refund even though it??s her error that she botched the shoes, but she said she??ll dye them BLACK for me! Oh God, bless her! Maybe I could have found the opportunity to actually wear these black unwanted shoes IF they were actually black! The shoes are another awful dye job and I can see the old color from under the black coming through! What a waste of time and money!

In the meantime, beware of Bridal and Gift (I). I was treated rudely, discourteously by the owner. She was condescending to me and blatantly dishonest to me many times. I would never recommend going there unless you don??t mind being treated that way. I only wish I had read the reviews of Bridal and Gift (I) before I went the first time. It would have saved me a lot of ill-feelings!

I had a much longer story, but it wouldn't fit in the space provided. I'm curious to see how Bob, the owner's husband is going to try to 'twist' my story to fit the store's needs. I notice he tries to argue his case on many of the bad reviews. No use, Bob! You'll never convince me (or any of my friends) to come back to your store!

My daughter recently purchased her dress from Bridal and Gift. They went to every measure to make sure that it was exactly how she imagined her dress to be. The owner, Linda, even gave her so many design options ( which she could alter in her store) just so she could have customize it to her liking. The selection of MOB dresses is extremely large, and the gowns are gorgeous. We were even able to buy other gowns from her store as she brought in new unique styles every week. She truly made what can often be an exhausting experience very easy and comfortable for both my daughter and I. Keep up the great work!

I have to say that I am completely shocked by all of these negative reviews. Not only is the selection inside this store probably one of the largest in the area, it is also probably one of the nicest. The owners are wonderful. Bob and Linda definitely made it a great experience for me..They spent all the time I needed with me,(even after they had been closed for an hour, and on many occasions) in order to make me happy and comfortable. Also, I have seen firsthand the way they treat their customers, and I have yet to see any of what has been written here. All of their employees are helpful, kind and honest, They are BY FAR the best boutique in town as far as dresses and customer service goes.

My mother and I have just finished having our alterations done at this shop. I am the BRIDE and bought everything there. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. By the time alterations were done, I felt like they were family. I actually invited the owners to my wedding, but since I am getting married on a Saturday, that is their busy day and they have to be at their salon.
Their selection is huge, sometimes overwhelming, but Laura was wonderful. She listened to everything I had to say before she even got one dress. Then, when she did bring dresses, almost everyone was exactly what I had described. I bought a dress from stock that fit me like it was made for me. I only needed ahem and bustle.
My mother found four dresses she could have worn. The selection was also overwhelming. They told us they had 700 Mother's dresses and I almost think they had more than that. My mother selt like a young girl again, trying on every style she thought would look good. She ended up buying a dress that makes her look 10 years younger and 20 pounds lighter. That is what she told me...
My maids selected two different dresses that look alike. Since several are from out of town, they are going to do alterations on them three days before the wedding. My girls are coming five days before the wedding and Bridal and Gift said they could do the alterations and have them ready in time with no problem.
There iksn't anything more that I could have asked from this shop and am comnpletly satisfied with everything they did.
They also gave me a voucher for a week stay in a resort for $249.00 for me and my husband. We are not using it for our honeymoon, but are planning on using it to go to Orlando for our first anniversary.

I read all these bad reviews and decided to go anyways - how bad could it be? Well, it was awful. We accidentally went to their second store where they do alterations and the seamstress ignored us and didn??t call to another worker to help us. Very rude and the place was dumpy with cheap looking dresses. I decided on the spot that I would NOT get anything altered their even if I bought at their store.

We finally got to the right store - it was very hot and cramped. Yes, it was cramped with dresses but we could barely move and most of the dresses were hideous. My mother actually had to sit amongst all the dresses to watch me try on mine and smushed in among all the plastic and tulle and taffeta and was very uncomfortable. Our salesperson was friendly and helped pull a number of dresses for me to try that fit my specifications but they were all pretty much awful. We also had a blonde salesperson, (I think the owner?) yelling over our stall the whole time trying to gossip who also commented on my body-type and made me feel self-conscious.

Overall, it was a stressful, hectic experience and we couldn??t wait to get out of there.

I walked into the shop with my mother and was expecting a well put together boutique. To my surprise the store was small and cramped you can hardly move. To try on a dress you first have to convince yourself to deal with the temperature that was so unbearable hot, NO AC! Very poor lighting also! I did however find a dress that I loved, even if it did have a rip in the back. The women assured me it would be fixed by Tuesday when I picked it up. I was only in town for 4 days as I live in Indiana. My mother paid for the dress in full that day. I went back to pick it up and found the huge rip in the back was still there, Linda said, "Oh that's nothing to fix". She expected me to pay her to fix it. The dress also had pit stains which we all know do not come out with dry cleaning! To top it off, I needed a new string in the back due to the previous one being torn up. She washed one in the sink and gave it to me in a paper towel! I tried to return the dress for it had no alter. done to it and never left the store. They were rude to me and said no refunds! We'll give you half store credit!!! Can you believe that?! I can't, so I left the dress there. I wish I did some research about this store before I went shopping. PLEASE BE WARE!!!

I went with my sister to Bridal and Gift and everybody was very helpful. There was a very cheery woman waiting for us when we opened the door (I believe the owner's wife). She tried on about 6 dresses and narrowed her search down to 3. The women asked my sister a lot of questions and were very friendly. They helped her find dresses that would fit her body type (petite) and were honest with their opinions. We came back later with our step mother and they remembered us right away. We came back a 3rd time with our grandmother and again they remembered us and were very helpful!

Though the store is kind of small is shouldn't discourage anybody! They are much more knowledgeable than David's Bridal!

My sister bought her dress on the 3rd visit and we had no problems. We still have fittings to attend but so far so good!!!

Don't take other people's horror stories to heart. They are probably over reacting as weddings are important days.

we bought everything from this shop. We got the very best of service and also used Louisa as the seamstress. Everything was done perfectly as far as I know and everyone was happy with the store and the employees.
However Friday night before the wedding, which was to be held at 10:00 am on Saturday morning, the wedding gown caught on fire. The bride's father had hung the wedding gown on the third floor of their home, but had hung it off a chandelier light and covered the light with a towel so dust would not fall onto the gown. Sometime in the afternoon, someone turned the light on and forgot to turn it off. At about 5:00 pm, the dress caught on fire because of the light. The bestman burned his hands, but got the fire out, but the dress was ruined.
My friend called Bridal and Gift at 5:45 and asked them to stay open because she needed another gown. Even though the were closing at 6:00, they stayed open so she was able to select a gown very similar to what she had. Both the owner and Louisa stayed until 7:30 selecting the gown and then pinning the gown for alterations. Louisa took the gown home that night and worked until 3:30 Saturday morning in order to finish the alterations, set the bustle on the gown and flat iron press it. Then L:ouisa was at Bridal and Gift at 8:00 Saturday morning with the gown all done in perfect condition. The groom picked the gown up and brought it to the bride who was able to get dressed and married at 10:00.
I thought this was exceptional service and was way beyond what I would have expected from any shop. They charged only the regular rate for alterations and said, "It was the least they could do for one of their customers."
I would highly recommend this shop for everything and anything.
I know this is where I am going when I get married in two years. My friend also told the story of what happened at her reception, naming Bridal and Gift and asked her friends to use this shop if they need anything for a wedding.

Pros: Service way beyond what one would expect.

Cons: If you don't like cramped spaces, do not go on Saturday. It is very busy and small.

Went to this shop today. 3 sales people in the store, but no one seemed to notice my mom and I. My wedding is next May, and I showed the salesperson some magazine pictures. They did not have the particular wedding gowns so told me to just browse, I felt like I was putting them out of their way. Tried on a Maggie that was beautiful. Took the style number and left with my mom. Found the same dress at salon 15 minutes away. The style number was different but the sales woman found the dress. Same dress, better service and ordered. Would not recommend bridal and gift

Business Response:

Bob Gaudette Anonymous said we told her to "Just Browse". That has never happened at our shop. We do not allow "browsing" for any reason. We have more than enough consultants to help our customers. They told of finding the same dress at a shop 15 minutes away from our shop with a different number. Maggie"s gowns have names, not numbers and very distinctive, so all shops use the same numbers. The other shop was discounting in violation of Maggie's policy and had the ability to sell their gowns taken away because they were in violation of the policy, which they had signed. There were many brides that bought at that time that did not get their gowns because Maggie would not ship to them for until the next season. If we sign a policy statement, we adhere to it. We have thousand of brides that have enjoyed our service for 19 years.

I chose to use Shear Style to supply and fit the dresses for my bridesmaids. I am very unhappy to hear that my mother, sister, and bridesmaids were VERY dissatisfied with the service they received. Firstly, the bridesmaids had to wait a good 1/2 hour each for the sales people to find their dresses. Two of my bridesmaids were given the wrong dresses because the sizes and names were not checked by the employee. My bridesmaids had to go out of their way to return the dresses to the store and figure out the problem. When my sister went to fit her dress her name was not given to either seamstress (although she had an appointment) and they spent 10 minutes arguing about who was going to take her instead of fitting her. My bridesmaids also were treated very rudely by the seamstresses. One of my bridesmaids had been waiting 15 minutes for an appointment when the seamstress began to work on another customer because "She didn't know where her (my bridesmaids) dress was" and didn't bother to look for it. When my bridesmaid made mentioned it was her turn the woman just IGNORED her! When I went with my bridesmaids to chose a dress initially we received helpful and polite service. It's upsetting to find that after the dresses were paid for employees of both the boutique and fittings were very unprofessional and rude. I will not be recommending this boutique in the future and I hope they can counsel their employees on professionalism and customer service.

Business Response:

Bob Gaudette The dresses were given to the wrong girls. The employee that checked the dresses put the wrong names on the wrong dresses. That did happen. Alterations are done at a second store, which is a mile down the street from our main store. We had to do this because we have such a large customer base doing their alteration at our shop. The process, which some girls do not understand, is the dress stays at our main store and is picked up by the person owning the dress. She brings it to the second store where the seamstress do the alterations. She did not pick the dress us, expecting us to to it. The dress was still at our shop. The seamstress called us and I brought the the dresses from the main store to the second store. That is why the dress was not there. The seamstress could not do any work on the dress until I brought them to that store. The seamstress was not ignoring them, but since she could not work with the, she worked with someone who had picked up their dress as instructed. We have seven seamstress working and if the rules are not followed by the customer, we can only try to fix it s quickly as possible.

I have purchased 2 bridesmaid gowns and my wedding gown here, along with all 6 of my bridesmaids and 2 friends also got their gowns here. THey are fabulous. Saturdays can be crazy but they try and have a ton of girls on to help. Go first thing saturday morning or later in the afternoon or on a weekday so that you are sure to get all their attention!!!! It is worth every second you are there.

Luisa is amazing. She is so helpful and loves to dress you up and show you off to friends and make you feel like the most beautiful bride there is!

I highly recommend this store...They have a TON of GREAT gowns and their prices are very very reasonable. They have a second store down the street for discontinued gowns and alterations. GREAT GREAT GREAT PLACE A MUST VISIT If you are a bride in the area....

My Maid of Honor and I are geographically separated - she's in MA and I'm in NC. She found a dress at Bridal & Gift she absolutely loved and wanted me to see it. It was a gown that is not anywhere online, so she asked to take a picture. She was told that she would have to make a non-refundable deposit in order to take a pic. I just wanted to see it, and requiring a deposit for a picture is outrageous. What would be the difference if I were in MA and came into the store wanting to see it? Would that require a deposit too? NO. In the event I didn't like it, we would then be obligated to make a purchase when my MOH had already determined she wasn't thrilled with any of the other gowns there. We had no intention of ever making an internet purchase - the reason given for the deposit rule. Shop elsewhere ladies... it just isn't worth the aggrevation!

Business Response:

Bob Gaudette Most bridal shops do not allow pictures to be taken in their shops because brides will come into a bull service shop, such as ours, spend hours "finding the perfect dress" and then take pictures and style number in order to purchase on the internet at a lower price with not service, because they have gotten the service at the FSBS. Many shops do not allow brides to be alone because, even then, they still take pictures with their cell phones. It is a shame that becasue of unethical actions by a few causes problems for the ethical bride. If we feel the bride really has a good reason for taking a picture, we do allow it. But if we feel we are being "shopped", we do not allow them. As is our right. She can try to justify her actions by sating whe was not going to purchase on the internet, but her actions to the consultant differenetly. Her "MOH" had already determined "She did not like any gowns there". We represent 17 different manufacturers for maids dresses, which is usually 12 more than any other bridal shop in the area has. And she COULD NOT FIND SOMETHING SHE LIKED?
.

Visited this shop while searching for a mother of the bride dress. The shop is located on the top floor of a small building, so displays are cramped and difficult to reach. There are very few dressing rooms, so the wait to try on dresses was unbearable. Sales staff was highly uniformed and very unhelpful. We actually found some dresses that we liked, but they could not get the information that we needed that day and never followed up with us. They seem to have a decent selection, but the store is very unattractive and the sales staff is not helpful.

Business Response:

Bob Gaudette We are located in a large two story house and the second floor is where the bedrooms were. Some people say it is cramped, but many think if is "comfortable", sort of like visiting someone in their home. It is "cramped" to some, but only because of the very large selection of dresses and gowns we have. Also we usually have many customers because we are a popular shop. Most of our customers would disagree with the idea that our consultants are "very unhelpful and uniformed", but that is a judgement call someones part. Most of our consultants have years of experience and are very informed and helpful. In the past, we have opened on Sunday for customers that have felt cramped and wanted "more room" to shop.

we ordered my daughters dresses from here, when they came, they were the wrong color, so they had them sent out to be dyed, OMG big mistake..the color was stripped by the time we got them back, this time they reordered them, it still wasn't the right color, but it was getting close to the wedding..we had planned this wedding for over 2 years, so we had plenty of time, or so we thought, when we went in for fittings, their seamstress wasn't there, she was very late, then she cut the dresses too short, as far as I'm concerned this is totally unacceptable...Get your dresses somewhere else

Business Response:

Bob Gaudette Dresses NEVER can be sent back to be dyed. The first set of dresses came into the shop in the color ordered by the bride. The mother was not happy with that color. We could not return the dresses, so we ordered a second set of dress in the color the mother wanted. (We had to pay for both sets of dresses) She said she did not like that color either and said she wanted alterations for free "because of our mistakes". To the best of my knowledge, our seamstresses are always on time for their appointments. Since we have a large pool of seamstresses to choose from, the seven we do retain are ail excellent. We do not have complaints about them or we will replace them. And they are aware of this. If any seamstress cut the dress "too short", I certainly would have know about this, especially from this mother.
.

My Bridal party purchased 6 dresses from the shop. The first problem pertained to my bridesmaids' dresses. Four days before Bridal and Gift put the order in the maker stopped making the dress. My question is why was the order placed a month after the dresses were picked out? Bridal and Gifts solution: Purchase 3 previously made dresses. Two out of the three dresses do not even zip up. Next Problem: My maid of honor's dress was ordered in October and did not come in until the middle of May, after a dozen calls and after it was returned for being defective and "it was held by customs". Next Problem: My mother's dress was sold to another person in between fittings. She was devastated. Bridal and Gift was rude to her while dealing with this disastrous mistake.

As you all know, planning a wedding is a lot of work. I started a year and a half early. Thank god. My dresses were picked out and paid for in October for my July wedding. It is now the end of June and we are stilling having a difficult time cleaning up the mess that Bridal and Gift made. Hopefully the girls will be able to be ready for the big day.

Business Response:

Bob Gaudette What she neglected to say on this complaint is that the last girl did not come into get measured and pay her deposit until after the dress was discontinued. we had called several times, but the last girl did not come into the shop until it was too late for us to get the dresses. At that point, she insisted that this was the only dress she wanted. We put out an e-mail to over 2000 bridal shops in the US and had sample dresses in the correct color and sizes available sent to us. (And paid freight on each one, instead of one freight bill.) Naturally, we had to work with the sizes we had and did alterations so they would fit the girls. Her maid of honr's dress came in with flaws. We returned it for a new dress rather than give her something that was not plerfect. Especially, since we had enoght time before the wedding. It was not help up by customs. February is Chinese New Year, which means that all the manufacturers in China close for that month. That is what held up the dress. I have no idea of what she is saying about selling the MOB dress. In all our reconrds, I can not find any notes pertaining to this, so cannot discuss it.
.

They sold my sister's (mother of the bride) dress between fittings. What else can I say - it's your worst nightmare. Let's face it weddings are stressful enough.

Business Response:

Bob Gaudette Same complaint about selling a MOB dress. This has never happened and it seems suspect that this complaint was posted within five days by two different persons. To the best of my knowledge, this is a complete fabrication and I would like to have the details about this from the complaining person. We price ourselves on our customer service and realize that not every customer can be completely satisfied, but we do try our best.
