The place can be very crowded especially on Sunday lunch time. The best day to go to eat dim sum is Saturday and be there around 12:00. Never had to wait. But parking is expensive and road-side impossible ($5 per half hour). Way too crowded. We have to sit at the croner where the cart seldom visits. Food cost is too too high. It is a great place for Dim Sum. When you stepped into the restaurant, you just feel that you are actually in HONG KONG, of course in a good way. My friend even hold his wedding ceremony in China Pearl. I then realized that China Pearl also offer entrees/dishes of great tastes.
