Billing nightmare. Somehow they ended up with inaccurate billing information, which is beyond me. Rather than logically calling me, they started charging me late fees. Could not get a straight, honest answer from anyone. Manager, Joel was a joke. Older equipment and no one at the front desk the majority of the time. Be ware!
(Try popping in lets say around 7am on a weekday and most likely you will be able to walk in and out without ever being noticed.)

World Gym overcharged my account. I called the gym three times asking to speak with a manager about the problem. Each time I was informed that the manager was unavailable but would return my call. I never received a call back. When I called a forth time and explained the situation to the desk clerk, I was informed that the manager was back logged with similar bill discrepancies. Big surprise. Still waiting for my day in court. :( Would not recommend this gym.

World Gym took over for CORE about 6 months ago. Since then its been down hill. On two separate occasions I was over billed by their billing company Twin Oaks. World Gym and Twin Oaks both pointed the finger at each other. It took one week and 7 phone calls to straighten the situation out. Completely unacceptable. I then decided to cancel the membership. The desk clerk said I would be charged for the month of March but would still be able to use the gym. However, the next time I went in they said I would NOT be able to use the gym for March. Again, this took several phone calls to straighten out. One desk clerk even told me that the situation could not be rectified over the phone. I called back later that SAME AFTERNOON and was able to resolve the problem with a manager. In my opinion, the clubs staff is poorly trained.
