The Home Depot Tool Rental

I am very sorry to have to state that I was very disappointed in the So. Attleboro store this weekend. I realized late that it was Tax day and it was very busy but I waited 15 minutes for my turn to buy a dishwasher. A young man said he would check on the availability of the item and was gone 10 minute, when he returned it was with another customer selling him a stove. I told the young lady there I would call tomorrow, which is today.. Once I reached customer service they could get no one to answer the phone in that department. I was looking forward to the Home Depot to be opened in North Smithfield RI closer to my houses, but after this experience I must say.. Lowe's will be seeing more of my business..

I have a HERO at the Home Depot located at 1100 Newport Avenue in So Attleboro MA. My hero is JOSH DUBE! On my recent visit to this store, this gentleman assisted me with such care, knowledge and professionalism that far EXCEEDED my expectations! Another associate (failed to ask name) was also helpful, courteous and knowledgable in helping me get my purchases.
