I think I found the right place to buy a house. At least, the folks I can trust. I was disappointed with the quality that was showcased and not stated clearly. But here, I got just what was said in the ads. And I was very happy with the selection given. We were able to take a look at the houses and didn't find any relevant problems with anything. Everything seem to be in place and I just need to get the mortgage down for the house. Great property and great communities. I highly recommend that you try these folks out if you ever in the market for a place.

As a fellow real estate professional I have had the opportunity to work with Phoenix Realty in a cooperative role. I have found them to be courteous and fair to my me and my office. They have also been friendly. They have a Coolidge Corner, Brookline and Commonwealth Ave Allston/Brighton Location. They also were ahead when it came to organizing their office with Macs. I wrote this review mainly because the previous review sounds like an isolated incident rather than the norm for Phoenix Realty.

My friend and I were treated poorly by an agent at Pheonix. He didn't listen to our requests and suggested we go back and live at home. He clearly did not want to be working where he was.

Oh man, where do I even start!
I cannot believe that these folks continue to stay in business. I chose to break my lease with them rather than continue with the headache. They are without a doubt the most unprofessional, rude, unaccommodating business of any kind I?ve had the misfortune of doing business with. I have never had any issues with previous landlords/property managers in my life until I ran into the ?realtors? at Phoenix.
I could go on and all day but my advice would be to research them first. The ?F? rating speaks for itself.
