Showcase Cinemas Lowell

I always go to the movies .. I love the showcase cinemas chains... BUT LOWELL is the worst... bad service.. one employee didn't wash his hands after touching his hair.. The popcorn even thought over priced is stale and never full.. No one speaks english there... I end up getting the wrong drink or no butter when I saw butter... I prefer going to the woburn theater much cleaner and more friendly people... Popcorn is always fresh and yummy...

I am never going to this theater again. I called to ask a human employee a simple question and was greeted with an endless maze of mechanical options, none of which served my needs. When I finally obtained the exact "phone number" from this machine for showcase cinema lowell (this number services many theaters), I was given the very number I had called. I finally figured out how to contact a representative and was told my call couldn't be taken at that time. I did this four times. I plan on complaining to the management.

This is my preferred movie house. The stadium seating and digital projectors are fabulous. Purchase tickets online to avoid the long lines.
As with all theaters, bring your own drinks and snacks!(unless you enjoy $5 sodas and $7 popcorn)

I always go to this theater to see a movie. With the stadium seating there isn't a bad seat in the house! They have a great food selection along with some arcade games to play as well! It's always been nice and clean anytime that I have went.
