Absolute unethical behavior; poor customer service; horrible business practices; the owner is rude, manipulative and lies to her clients. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I am still owed money from the owner...she treats her staff disrespectfully. I wish I never set foot in her door.

I bought a 90$ keratin treatment off deal find for the RayMar salon back in May. I finally went in to get the treatment last Friday. First she told me my hair was too long and that she would have to charge me an extra 30$ (even though length was not mentioned at all on the deal). She then charged me another 20$ to get my hair cut a couple of inches. She made it seem that she was doing SO much work on my hair when the whole thing took less than the estimated 3 hours. SHE DID THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE WRONG! She claims to use Bi Ionic which is NOT supposed to get rinsed, and cleaned after sitting in your hair for the 30 mins. However, she did just that. I found it strange at the time but said nothing to her because I am not a professional and apparently neither is she ( I'm referring to the owner of the salon here). She then had her manicurist straighten my hair which also wasn't correct. It should take a considerable amount of time to do this step because you take small chunks at a time but she was done in half an hour. I left her a very nice tip and left. Four days later I washed my hair and it was frizzier than before! NOTHING HAD CHANGED! To make matters worse when I called and asked for my money back she refused to return my calls only until I tricked her into it, and then refused to return my money claiming she did nothing wrong! As someone who has had the treatment before and had it been successful it was very clear to me that she made a mistake and she KNEW IT! She was incredibly rude over the phone, not at all treating me like a customer and swearing and screaming. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS WOMAN AND HER BELOW PAR WORK. I wish I could give her ZERO stars
