Finck Perras Insurance

We had our car insurance with Finck and Perras. We moved this past June and due to my husband's schedule we were unable to get his Mass plates sent back quickly. When I explained my situation, I was told that they would cancel the policy since we were living no longer in Mass and we had an out of state address. Then I got a bill in the mail for premiums for three months and we weren't even living in the state. When I called to rectify the situation, I was told there was nothing they could do, I was "misinformed" and out of luck. Be very careful who you speak with since not everyone who works there is properly informed of the laws and regulations.

i had our homeowners insurance with fink for years. however the premiums went up as usual with their carriers and i had to switch to a firm in amherst about 20 mile away. the service was good but they need to be more competitive in having more choice.
