I have been taking my animals here all their lives. The staff is full of animal lovers who are incredibly helpful. Dr Keith is the vet we usually see but we have also had great experiences with Dr Sell and Dr DeJong. My dog was diagnosed with cancer last year and the treatment was incredible. They helped treat him with such compassion. The veterinarians provided excellent care and they never tired of my endless questions. They provided all the medicine and at home care with complete written instructions.
Honestly we couldn't have done it without them. We also had an older cat we adopted from the pound that had a host of problems. Again the care was top notch and we were completely satisfied.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for taking care of my dog Bear. He had a very nice haircut and bath and I was very happy with the service I received. I also use them for doggy daycare. Bear always comes home real tired and the staff seems to care a lot. thanks again.

They took great care of my rescued greyhound who had terrible teeth problems. Doctor was very kind and caring. I was so worried bout her. I just wanted to say these people were great. Nancy S

I have been a client of NAH for quite some time. I have 4 pets and frequents the vets, yet each time I go there, they still do not know me. Today I waited an hour and a half for a scheduled visit, but never got seen. I need to go elsewhere.

I used this Pet Center for several of my animals. I have NEVER put my dog in a kennel when I went on vacation until I found Neponset Pet Center and Animal Hospital. The staff here are a very compassionate, caring group of people. My family and friends were shocked when they heard I was using a kennel for my dog. I told them and I'd tell anyone that this facility is the best around for all my pets needs.
I've been here with my ferret, my 2 cats and with my dog to see the Dr. DeJong and Dr. Keith for problems my animals had. The medical staff is very experienced with variety of knowledge, this made me very comfortable when I had questions and I was not sure of what I should do. I also found that some of the medical staff have animals of the same type as mine. I've been very lucky that they were able to give me some personal advice with my animals. This is very important to me, as I was able to get some first hand information regarding my specific type of animal. The staff are also able to help you choose what toys are better, which lead/collar is better to use, and which food, treats to choose.
I found the cost for the services I needed were either the same or a little less than some of the other facilities around this area. I treat my animals as part of my family. The cost is very important just as the same as shopping for a day care or physician for a child. There are not to many day care facilities with a physician on the premises as here. With economic costs rising Neponset Pet Center and Animal Hospital is still the better bargin for animal care.
I think this is a wonderful facility. I recommend this facility to everyone, especially to pet owners who have doubts about pet centers and animal hospitals.

I read a negative review below and I'm assuming she must be a disgruntled employee trying to get back at her boss. My experience has been the complete opposite, Dr DeJong and Dr Keith took excellent care of my diabetic cat. They even went to the extend of giving me their personal cell phone numbers if I had questions during off hours. I can't even get close to that kind treatment at my own primary care physician. Neponset pet center saved my cat's life and at a reasonable price unlike other clinics I've been to in the past. I'll take all my animals there from now on.

They took great care of my cats. I just used to leave them there on vacation but when I needed a vet they really help me out. My kitty was very sick and they saved her!

I took a tour several months ago and I was very happy with what I saw. First of all I was new to the area and very particular about my doggies and where I would go if there was an emergency and routine checkups. I did not tell them I was coming and they showed me right away (always a good sign). Dr. Anne Domit recently saw my kids (I call them that) and her bedside manner was excellent. She answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. I feel I was well taken care of and more importantly my pets were. I'm sorry to say "someone has to loose some weight" but we are working on it. I would definitely recommend them.

Honestly my breath was taken away! My standard poodle looked so wonderful I almost cried! Marco has been to several shops but none has made him shine like these folks have, he looks so good for Christmas I had his portrait taken. Thank You Very Much!

I was sad to move and to leave my vet in Everett behind, however, Neponset was not too shabby either!
It doesn't have the best hours as I believe they close at 5 or 6, so no night visits, but was able to get in easily on a Saturday and they are going to be open on Sundays, soon, too!
The place was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. My dog was really at ease here. They also let me know of prices before administering any meds or treatments so I was well informed of the necessity of everything and my alternatives.
They also told me as far as meds are concerned, they will beat any price. So, if you find something cheaper, let them know and they'll match it!
There was virtually no waiting, even on a Saturday!
The office visit including the check up for my dog was only $35!!
PROS: Great prices! friendly staff, clean location
CONS: a little tough to find parking if lot was full.

I did not feel they were very caring felt more like a factory setting get the animal in and out as far as grooming goes . expensive ,not personable.
