I have a male cat who tends to develop "crystals" due to stress. I used another vet for quite some time and it was always the same thing - "bring him in". The former place was cold, definitely "hospital" like and A LOT of dogs! I love all animals, but the environment was no help for a "stressed out" cat. It is a nice, comfortable environment which goes the extra step to make it soothing for your animals visit. They use special sensory techniques (aromas) in the exam rooms to help soothe the animals. They are very attentive and knowledgeable and have many great resources available for you. Their website is full of informative things on various topics to help you deal with your cat. I would definitely recommend Boston Cat Hospital for anyone looking for someone to understand your cat's needs, along with a nice environment for your pet.
