I went to a lot of place for hair removal, however I believe the Laser Skin Center is the best in Boston. The service is perfect; people who work there really treat their customer like family. The facilities are all new and clean, unlike other places are somehow murky, and dusty. Highly recommend for someone who needs help for hair removal problem. Best Laser center in Boston

This place just provides everything I need. First of all their spa facial is amazing. After the treatment my skin is so soft, and suddenly I thought I am 18 again. Their laser hair removal treatment is the best, no painful feeling ( unlike wax), and fast. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended it!

I am so happy that I found this spot couple months ago. I spent so much money on wax once a week, and that is useless. My hair grows so fast, and wax is difficult to remove my hair. However after I go to the laser skin center, I have the best experience ever. Now my hair is completely removed. Thanks Laser Skin Center, You guys are the BEST.

Well I have being a loyal patient for Dr. Krauser for almost three years and I never have reschedule issue with him. He is really friendly and he cares a lot for his patients. He is the best doctor ever, He treats his patient like family.

Don't bother seeing "Dr. K" for any treatments. He is never available and the girls that work there are always making excuses for him. I don't even think he is an MD.

My sister and I decided to come here and try their copper facial. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The whole place was very clean and neat looking. My sis got called in, and then I was called shortly after. The facial was very relaxing, the room not too cramped and nothing was rushed. And wooooow at the results!!! The facial did an awesome job. It looked like I got 20 hours of sleep and woke up glowing!! We?re planning on coming back here again before the family vacay to get another face pick-me-up

The girls here are incredibly helpful and friendly. Convenient to the T green line. I've had great results even after one laser hair removal treatment! After just one underarm treatment I hardly have to shave anymore-no more ingrowns for me! Of course I will continue for the recommended amount of treatments. I started with just one area but now I am having three areas done. It is ADDICTIVE. Make an appointment!

My wife recommended me the Laser Skin Center to remove the unattractive hair of my back. Some sessions later I assure you that I look and feel better. Now I know that I should have done it before but anyway, my wife and I are happy and that's it.

Shaving for me got to the point where I was doing it everyday and sometimes even twice a
day. I was getting sick of it!! Laser Skin Medical Center has ended that problem for me.
I don't have to deal with the inconvenience of shaving my face every morning and on the
occasional evening. I recommend this center to anybody whose hair is an inconvenience to
them as well!

For 2 years now I?ve had several acne problems and I tried almost everything. I went to the LSMC and they diagnosed folliculitis. This is a very common problem but people almost never know when they have it. So, I had some laser sessions to remove the facial hair and now the spots are already gone. I recommend you go to Laser Skin, it?s really worth it.

As a Boston University student, I have been looking for a while now for a decent, well priced, effective skin removal site so that I dont have to shave every few days. Laser Skin Center went above and beyond all my expectations. It seems like each time I go in, there's a new technological device that does something new and futuristic. I personally go every couple of months to get my facial hair removed (as embarrassing as that sounds). I use Dr. Krousser (I think thats how it's spelled) and couldn't be more pleased with his work. I 'd definitely recommend him to anybody!

So my fiance always nagged me about my body hair, she said it was unattractive and all that. So before our wedding I found the Laser Skin Medical Spa and I had laser hair removal on my chest and back. Not only was I really pleased with the results, but on my wedding night I think I gave my wife the best gift she had gotten all day.

Laser hair removal was a big decision for me - one that I agonized over for days. However, after speaking with Cindy during our first consultation, I knew that I found the place for me. Not only were they very professional and candid about each procedure, but they really made you feel that you were their most important client. They made sure that your comfort and concerns were their number one priority. I especially appreciated their relaxed environment - one that makes you feel very welcome and cared for. It is definitely worth the trek to get to Newbury Street and find parking - because once you set foot into the spa, you immediately feel pampered and relaxed. I can't thank Laser Skin Center enough for all that they've done for me .... I feel like a new woman!

I decided to go with the full face laser hair removal last year, before my wedding. I wanted to have beautiful pictures! It took me about 3 months to make the decision since I was concerned my acne would get worst with the laser, but the laser treatment really cleared my skin, leaving my skin clear and smooth. I went to a couple of laser centers in Newbury Street for a consultation;and I was convinced after I had my consultation with Cindy. She explains you everything in the consultation and the appointments are stress-free. They explain exactly what to expect and the results were amazing! Totally worth it! If I had to do it over,I would make the same decision for laser hair removal in a heartbeat!

Going to Laser Skin Center Medical Spa is like taking a mini-vacation. I get to relax in a calming atmosphere with friendly people and do something good for my health as well. I took a girlfriend of mine out to Laser Skin for as a birthday present and she enjoyed herself here as well. Now she?s taking me out here for my birthday!

OMG! I absolutely love the Laser Skin Center. The atmosphere of the spa is relaxing and the people are so friendly. Most importantly, they successfully removed hair that was always difficult (and painful) to wax each week. I finished treatments a month ago and no hair has grown back. Awesome! Thank you guys?

I am a bit dark-skinned (West Indian) and this laser spa actually figured out how to do hair removal so well that it even worked on my body. I can only recommend this clinic. They do perfect work and they offer a great value for the dollar.

I?ve been working 24/7 in downtown Boston and I can tell you that it?s really stressful. On my first day off in over three months I went to visit the Laser Skin Center. I relaxed there for almost an entire day. The people who work there are really friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I am now a frequent visitor of the spa. I would recommend this to everyone who needs a day to get their batteries recharged again.

This spa is just amazing (and very beautiful). I spent an entire day relaxing and receiving great skin treatments. I had a facial and even some laser hair removal. These folks are very professional and know exactly where your trouble spots are. All of the staff was very friendly and I will definitely go back again.

I have been a customer of the Hair Removal center in Boston for over a year. I must say that this is the best spa in Boston. I?m very satisfied with the work they done and the final results are great. One thing is for sure - you receive value for your money. I would definitely recommend this laser center to anyone who is looking for a hair removal.

I have been going to the Laser Skin Center for treatment on my bikini and underarms. I just finished my 5th treatment of the package of 7 and have noticed a huge difference! At least 75% of my hair is gone so far, and what grows back is much thinner and I only shave every couple of weeks. I have seen Kris for all my treatments and she is very knowledgeable about the hair removal process, makes the treatments comfortable and is very detailed. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Very clean and well worth the money. I would recommend this spa to anyone!

After living in Boston for a while I finally found a professional hair removal center. Working with Cindy (she manages the practice) is simply awesome. Cindy explained every aspect of hair removal and told me what to expect. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The overall experience was great. Highly recommended!

Since I have had a really bad skin since puberty, I went to the Laser Skin Center to get laser treatments. It was recommended by several doctors and friends. I go for treatments every 6 weeks. They do wonders with my skin. It?s amazing, after a couple of sessions my skin looks healthier and I look more self-confident then ever. Technology has done what years of topical ointments couldn?t.

A couple of years ago I had 10 sessions for hair removal on my legs at another company. I saw little to no improvement. I?m on my 3rd session with the Laser Skin Center Medical Spa and I already see an improvement. This is the most professional laser spa in the city. I can?t recommend Laser Skin Center enough.

I?ve been to several companies for laser hair removal for my bikini line. All I can say is that I am by far the happiest with the Laser Skin Center. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean and the service is good. I can highly recommend them!

The facility is amazing! The staff were professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly- they use the finest equipment you will find in the city. The investment made in equipment and training must have been very high. It shows in the end result! I am hair-free on my back.

I am currently going for laser hair removal. I was very pleased with my consultation and there was NO sales pressure to get additional areas done. My technician was/is great and I was as comfortable as I could be having a laser when you normally wouldn't want one. Very clean and professional and I would recommend any of my closest friends to this place!

I have rosacea and have been elsewhere down the street to remove some apparent veins and since my bad experience have been very skeptical in trusting someone else. My face kept getting more red so I had to do something. I read great things on City Search about this place so I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Krausser explained everything to me before anything was done and it was nice to have a Dr. detail what he could do and how long it would take to see results, discomfort levels, EVERYTHING for about 1/2 hour. He didn't miss anything where as the other place I went wasn't thorough and I was in and out in 10 minutes and dropped a lot of money for no results. I have had one photofacial treatment and have seen results already. The atmosphere is welcoming and the people are extremely friendly and professional. Although there is some discomfort during the process, I'm looking forward to my future appointments and seeing more results from the treatment.

I went into the process with some skepticism, but after my first consultation, I knew this was the place for me. The staff is very warm and inviting, including the doctors who make you feel 110% at ease with the experience. I had a laser procedure done on my face and cleared up my problem. It was truly a wonderful, life changing experience. I owe them all of my gratitude and cannot be anything but thankful for the effort and attention in addressing my issues. Any place in Boston, this is the place you need to go. The price is outstanding, lowest available and the service and technology used is top of the line. A truly amazing experience. Thanks Dr. K!!!!

They have a great spa and the staff makes you feel right at home. Very professional and focused on your comfort. Laser hair removal seems like a daunting prospect but these folks make it simple, sanitary and painless.

I have had esthetic medical procedures in NYC, LA and Miami over the years, yet being from Boston I never thought that this type of facility existed here. I saw both Dr. Seigel for Botox and to get my lips plumped and Dr. Krausser to get a few little veins on my nose zapped- I'm telling you both these guys are fantastic- so down to earth, yet extremely professional at the same time. They're both definitely a "12" on a 1-10 scale. Also, I didn't have laser hair treatment, but my friend says its "THE BEST"!
