Dick's Auto Repair

I had an excellent experience at Dick's Auto Repair. I came from Boston to purchase a car in the Orange area and wanted to pay a good mechanic to look it over and find anything my untrained eye would not see. I called and was given to the owner, Dick, who told me to come on by and they would fit me in and get it done. That is exactly what happened when I arrived. The inspection seemed quite thorough (under the hood, up on the lift, under the dash, and a test drive), they pointed out a few things, told me what each might cost to correct and had me on my way within about 35 minutes. Their insight helped me negotiate a fair price with the seller and I now have an excellent Toyota Avalon that I love. Their fee for this inspection was only $35, which I think was very low. This struck me as a well-run business.

I bring my car to these guys whenever I have a problem. I believe their labor is $45 an hour and they seem to be quite honest. These guys are general hard workers and get my car back to me quick and easy. Plus they are the best Toyota Supra fixers around. =)
