I've been using Richards for years and they are far and away the best oil company in the valley. Their prices are fair, they have the lowest minimum delivery (125 gallons) of all the others, and their customer service provides very personal, genuinely friendly service while the other companies I've used have often been downright rude. They've always helped me out with fast deliveries when I was running low on fuel no matter how bad the weather. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best fuel company in the Northampton, Easthampton and surrounding areas. Outstanding service from a small company!

This is a small company that provides quality customer service and reasonable prices. I used them when I lived in E'ton and they were always easy to reach when/if you needed them. Never let you run out of fuel!
