LTC Cleaning Company™ Wellesley

LTC Cleaning Company completed service at my house last week in the pouring rain and to be honest I was skeptical. I tried to reschedule but was told that if I did I would have to wait two additional weeks for a new service date. My home is a newly renovated French Manor in Belmont that was completed last summer. So for that past year I have been looking through some of the dirtiest windows you can imagine. So when I finally had had enough, my husband has actually been begging me to call someone, I did. I actually saw LTC in a Church bulletin in Concord Mass., while visiting the Catholic Church in town for a wedding. I figured, this must be a sign! So I called them. The price was higher than I thought but then again I kind of figured that seeing that they were from Concord and not Boston. Well, I can not tell you how happy I was to hire them. They were so careful in my home, so courteous to me and my husband. They even wore shoe protectors in the house. They were very impressive. The crew even came looking very respectable which, no offense, wasn't true for my last window cleaners when I lived in Newton. Bottom-line; hire LTC if you're in the market for a quality service contractor and a company that actually gets it. Oh and by the way... the windows still came out beautiful in spite of all the rain at the time of their cleaning. We will have them back again.

I hired LTC just before my older, "needs work" house on the market. They came in on a Saturday and cleaned the whole house and the windows and it sparkled! I sold my house in 2 days. LTC is efficient and pleasant to deal with. Thank you! I highly recommend this company.

on a Saturday in late March ltc visited my home. It was the first true day of spring (weather wise) and I'm not sure I could have made a better choice as to the company I chose. This company to whom I was referred arrived at my house early, 7:40 A.M. to start a cleaning that ended up taking the better part of the day. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the gutters, windows, carpets in a small detached home office and my kitchen and 5 bathrooms. My house is just over 5000 sq. feet with 60 windows. Not only was the cleaning the best i've ever had completed but they got everything done for just under $1000. This absolutely amazed me especially considering the estimate I received said $1200. I trust this company because they certainly could have charged me something closer to what they estimated and honestly they could have after seeing the work. There is value in this company that I have not seen and that is why I am recommending them.

I found LTC 5 years ago using msn. Since then I have used them annually to clean my gutters and windows. I live in Belmont. Back 5 years ago I had compared prices and decided to go with LTC and really hadn't thought to look at another company since. However after losing some big money in the market this past October, the wife convinced me to get some prices from other companies. I called three companies, two were lower and one was higher. Being the loyal type, before jumping ship I decided to call LTC and see if they could do anything for me... To my surprise, they actually had a deal that (they claimed) was ongoing... it worked like such, if I mailed them two written quotes from competitors (companies had to be insured and bonded) they may decide to beat the lowest price by 5%. I'm not sure how often they decide to do this, but in my case they actually picked up my job at the reduced price. FYI: The name of the deal is the conquest offer and if you use these guys and you're like me- saving every buck ask them about this offer. It saved me about $100, which went straight to sushi but still. Cheers.

I am a Dover MA resident of 37 years and would like to recommend this company, LTC, for its window cleaning service. My husband and I moved to town after inheriting a 12000 sq foot property. In the past 5 years we have been reducing maintenance responsibilities here in Dover. In this most unpleasant time, we have gone through four different window cleaning companies. NONE had completed their jobs to our standard until this spring when we hired LTC of Concord. They were professional, not too pricey and most importantly; the windows look the best they have in years. In total, we have just over 150 windows and this company still finished within a 3 day time period, with outstanding results. I strongly recommend this company.

My husband and I are new customers of LTC and recently hired them to clean the windows at our home in Wellesley, MA and a property we own in Chestnut Hill, MA. We both agree that this year, after LTC finished cleaning the windows, that the windows are more clean and clear than after any previous cleaning. In Chestnut Hill, LTC also shampooed carpets which came out wonderful too. We recommend LTC Cleaning to anyone in Wellesley or Chestnut Hill. One other hint: they also accept credit cards even though their website didn't mention that. Thank you. -Broughton
