Ritz Camera Ctr

I bought a Panasonic and a Nikon from them recently (wish they had more Panasonics) and was flabbergasted by the excellent service I received from everyone! These guys are so helpful and informative it made my confusing camera questions much easier. The sales guys also recommended I try out their picture processing (which i did) and I'm never going back to Walgreens ever. How often do you actually walk away from a purchase these days feeling good about having spent money? I actually did! Thanks Ritz Cambridge great job!

I have had a long association with this company, but as of late, this particular store in the Galleria Mall has been more than bad.. Once attentive & helpful it's at the very bottom when it comes to customer service today. As a matter of fact, there is no such thing there-except alot of attitude.Alot.Very poor selection, on top of it all. Save your time -some drug stores could fill your camera & camera needs better. And they might even say "thank you" or smile.

Ritz Camera is in the Cambridgeside Galleria, which has a parking garage. The store is very overpriced in terms of photo development and the cost of film and camera supplies. The selection of darkroom supplies is extremely limited. The sales staff are very knowledgeable.
