thank you so much for selling me a truck that is unsafe knowing that I have two small children. You will never have my business again. I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about making a purchase from this dealer to rethink. I bought a truck from them a month ago and they have had it for longer than I have due to safety repairs. They gave us the run around trying to charge us to fix it and trying to blame a car starter that was in the truck when we bought it. They seemed very nice when we bought the truck until we had problems. I guess you are just a bunch of good sales men and mechanics with no guilty conscious I am just thankful for the lemon law and that we noticed the problem before something serious happened while my children were in it. I guess the money was more important than the lives of my girls

Been looking online doing some research, I seen that Metro has a used Ram 3500. I submitted a form to get more info. Within minutes Jill gave me a call let me know that it was available and what questions i had. She had her Photographer take photos and sent them to me. It was nice getting answers i wanted rather than asking me to just come in. Thanks for the info i will be stopping by to get a close up look at this vehicle.

The new Metro was great, i was mixed on coming here with the bad reviews but after stopping by i was told that its all new staff. I spoke to John D. one of the salespersons, he helped me in my search for a Grand Cherokee.

I have just been warned by Bertera that they will take legal action against me if I continue to post negative comments about my experience with Bertera's service department. I have been told by Joshua Menke of Bertera that because I have said I would continue to post negative comments until I receive a refund, that I am extorting Bertera and they are going to take legal action.

One star is to many for Bertera's service department. Lie, cheat and steal -- that's what this company considers good business practices. I paid for a complete brake inspection and was told there was nothing wrong. When I took the car to a second mechanic for a second opinion, the mechanic informed me that the rotors and pads needed to be replaced. In addition to the second opinion, I told the bad rotors and pads to a third mechanic--he confirmed that the rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Bertera refused to do anything, stating that the (bad) rotors and pads were normal! Lie, cheat and steal!
P.S. I have two new Jeeps. I have been taking them to Bertera for service since they were new. I have never complained about the service that I received in the past.

I was in need of a car for my daughter to go back to school because her's dies. A few weeks ago I went to your dealership to only price out a Dodge Grand Canyon. How much money and what the payments would be per month. My sales person was Steve; I did purchase a Caravan that night. Was amazed at the savings I got. Amazed at how well Steve handled my needs. I had never expected to have such a nice car - less than 100000 miles, my favorite color, a great stereo, fewer than ten years old. I'd pictured , instead, an '88 Oldsmobile, dark blue with some rust near the wheels, upholstery coming apart on the driver's seat, 150000 miles. With your help though, my parents found me a great car, one I am not embarrassed to drive, one that I can depend on, one that has everything I need. I wanted to thank you for aiding in the car buying process and making it possible for me to have that Mitsubishi. I was so surprised when I walked in my garage on August 9th to get boogey boards (we were going to the beach) and I found a mysterious green car, decorated with balloons that said "Congratulations!" on them, and realized that my mother was following me with a camera to record my reaction to my very first car. I was ecstatic. I've wanted a car for so long, and finally I have one. I can go to the library by myself, I can drive myself to school, I can go to friend's houses without needing a ride. I no longer depend on my parents to drive me. Thank you for giving me that independence. I look forward to the next time I need a car and I will definitely go to Bertera first.

I had purchased my car from Bertera Chrysler and within the first month was having major problems with things that should have been disclosed to me at the time of purchase. After some negotiation, we did finally reach an acceptable agreement in how to resolve this however, because of this I am not sure I would ever deal with them again. Kind of sad because during the whole buying process, I was very happy with them. I am just giving them a so/so rating because if not for the problems I had after buying the car, I would have been very happy but it is nice that they were willing to work with me to get my issues resolved.
