If I could rate it no stars I would. The food is fantastic but the service is absolutely awful. We had a reservation, made a week in advance on 12/23/09 for 8 people. We arrived at our reservation and the table where we were to sit was finishing up. The hostess (and I use the term loosely) said she would call when the table was ready. 20 minutes later we went back and were told our table still wasn't ready. Standing outside in the freezing cold we saw that no attempt was being made to inform the other party that their table was booked for 1/2 hour ago. We called another Italian restaurant we go to a lot and they could take us. When I went inside to inform the "hostess" that we were eating elsewhere she barely looked up and mumbled "Sorry." What kind of service is that for a restaurant. I guess business is good for them as they missed out on a $300+ tab. Based on this rudeness and complete lack of any kind of customer service I'll never go there again and will inform anyone I know to avoid the place at all costs. You just don't treat people that way. It's shameful.

Cute little Italian restaurant with very good pastas and dishes. Everything tastes so fresh and the sauces are very good.

Rino's place is a small place but the food is very good I had the best raviolli here I went on a weekend so we did have to wait a little but not too bad was worth the wait

This is one of the best Italian eateries in the Boston area. It is just a small place, but the meals are to die for! The Saltimboca is always prepared perfectly, and you can't find a better Marsala dish anywhere nearby. Be prepared to wait if you go on a Friday or Saturday night and be aware that parking is at a premium and not always easy to acquire. But this place is worth any incinvienence once you get in.
