It was a nightmare experience to deal with this store. I had selected and ordered a living room set from them. On my designated delivery day, they could not locate my house. They left me one message. On listening it, I immediately called them. Even though, they were close to my address, they refused to return and asked me to reschedule my delivery date. Neither the delivery people nor the store associates were forthcoming. So next time, I made sure I had my phone on me all the time. This time they brought me some used furniture pieces and were trying to deliver some additional pieces that I had not even ordered. This store has a no refund policy. However, I went to the store and declared my dissatisfaction and after much deliberation, I was able to return the defected pieces and received a full refund for them. I want to warn everybody who visits this store hoping for a good deal on furniture. There delivery and customer services are very dissatisfying and painful. They have no qualms about sending used and defected furniture pieces to their customers.

The furniture warehouse store has serious customer service issues. We fell for their cheap chinese made furniture but ended up paying a lot more - our time, numerous phone calls, several rides to the store.
and the pain of losing our hard earned money.... we finally got a damaged living room set.

At their N Attleboro location, they seem to initially treat us well.
But when we called to find out why the furniture was not delivered - sales person said "come and cancel your order, if you like..!" His comments like "you are not the first one to whom this has happened.." merely indicated that they were treating non-delivery as matter-of-fact business. When the furniture was finally delivery one they arrived in unacceptable condition.

Stores like this are a scam. If you do fall for their good looking cheap furniture, you want to keep your receipt and follow-up soon if you find defects. Beware, the store has a no-refund policy. If the sales person plays hard-ball tell them that you will report them to the Mass consumer affair and protection.

To keep things simple, don not buy from Furniture warehouse, Massachusetts or Furniture warehouse, RI.

I bought almost $4000 worth of furniture from here. First, they no-showed on the day they were supposed to deliver. Never called either. Next they didnt have anyone to assemble the pieces, so a week later someone came in to assemble. Third, they delivered me a recliner instead of a loveseat. It was a horrible experience. I could have paid more elsewhere and it would have been worth it to save the headaches.

PROS: Decent quality product
CONS: horrible service & delivery...
