Absolutely the WORST customer service/sales I have EVER witnessed in my life. Not only did they proudly put on their lot a TERRIBLE SUV with a very loud muffler problem and offer a test drive, they pushed for a $200 ("refundable") deposit from me in order to even look at a car. The GM was just as dysfunctional as every incompetent sales agent when I went to get my deposit back. After 25 (I counted) calls back and forth to the dealership, I finally demanded my $200 back after 2 weeks of bickering for it. The only way I was able to get my refund properly done was by threatening to call/asking for the owner Mike Balise's number.
I would HIGHLY recommend not going to this dealership for any non-hyundai or used vehicle. They take the cars off of the Ready Credit lot and call them their own to fit your needs.

Where to start.... Bought an SUV for the notheast winters. I drove it home, the heat actuator didnt work as soon as i pulled into the driveway. 1 week later with no rental provided i got it back. On my way home from thanksgiving with my truck broke down on the ct line. Had to limp it home in the freezing cold with my whole family in the back. Rental was provided this time after screaming at 5 differnt people who did not want to provide on. It took them 2 weeks to replace an alternator and battery. 3 weeks after that, the transmission went. They initially told me that it was a coil pack, a relatively easy repair. Then they decided the tranny was shot....... 4 and a half weeks later I received my vehicle. There iS NOOOOOOOOO communication at that dealership. They told me the truck would be ready at least 9 times, when I went to get it, they told me it wasn't ready. I think Balise should be investigated and held accountable for all all of their issues the pawn off to consumers. Total amount work done was a little over 10.0000 dollars. I will never ever buy Balise again, for will any of my many family members or friends after they heard the story. I hope the entire balise chain goes bankrupt. 3 months of ownership will cost you 10k in repairs. good luck

This is my first time ever giving a review. I have been looking for a new car for sometime. To my great surprise I did not get the run around at Balise!!! They had the best prices and the staff was great!!! I recommend these guys for the the best price and best service.

What an experience we had at Balise Hyundai. Not knowing what to expect going in, the rep. Enos made us feel unpressured and he was very informative on the vehicles. Thanks to the GM. Mr. Perez he was able to make it a very enjoyable buying experience. We will recommend this dealership to all our friends and family!

my father took his car to have the wiper checked one side was not moving.. they told him they took it apart and the wiper transmission was shot they wanted $280 to fix it.. he paid $47 just for them to tell him that he dropped it off to me.. he had purchassed the part for $20 at autozone.. i opened the cover on the wiper and found that the wiper transmission arm was off of the motor bracket and had 2 loose screws put it back and fixed it with no new parts took all of 1 extra minute from what they said they actually did to check it... most shops would have spent the extra minute to tighten the 2 screws and tell you if it stops working again the part needs to be replaced.. but not them

Went around to look at all brands because and was so impressed by my saleswomans presentation. She answered all my questions and didn't pressure me. The Hyundai brand has come along way and a fair, honest place to purchase is Balise Hyundai. We recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I purchased a 2007 Sonata a year ago from Balise in Springfield and paid $2000 for the extended warranty. My daughter was in an accident and totaled the car. She called Balise to get refunded for the remaining Balance of her Warranty after being told from Hundai she was eligible. When she called about getting a refund Balise told her she had not purchased an extended warranty. I guess the $2000 was a gift to the Salesman or one of the Balise family.

My husband and I were so impressed with the Hyundai quality and friendly staff we are now proud owner of a 2007 used Elantra and the new style Sonata. Their were no issue and everything ran smothly. If you are looking for non pressure and caring people I would suggest a visit.

Well, That day I couldn't find the coupon but they knew I just bought the car for cash- they got their commission and wouldn' t do the oil change. I was LIVID. Well, I found the coupons and let me tell you-NO way AM I going back there. I dont pay 12,000 cash and then try to scam an oil change

The work done was just an oil change and other things for 7500 miles on my 2015 Sonata. They did a great job and the new facility was wonderful

I would take my vehicle to this service Dept. in spfld although I bought the car at the Holyoke Gary Rome Dealership I would never go back there for Service! The Sales Dept was very good!

I had a slight vibration in the car when it was delivered and they checked all 4 tires and found they have all 4 tires out of round and ordered new tires
