Salon Bella Sorella

Michelle has been styling and coloring my hair for over a year now and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I am very particular about my color and highlights and Michelle nails it every time. I have had three different strangers stop me within the last month to tell me they love my hair. The whole staff at Bella Sorella is very welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly yet professional. I highly recommend it.

I live on the South Shore and drive all the way to Saugus to have my cut and color done by Danielle. The ladies at Salon Bella Sorella are nothing short of amazing. I always leave feeling renewed and rejuvenated. I look forward to my trip down to see them all. All the girls are fantastic and make you feel welcome, they offer coffee and tea while you wait. This is an upscale salon in the heart of your home town. Newbury Street worthy without the Newbury Street price. If you haven't been yet you must try them for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I have never been to Salon Bella Sorella feeling I have not had an experience. It's not just the cut or the color...it's the interaction and the atmosphere that make this salon the best kept secret in town.

I have seen people leave with fabulous hair cuts... unfortunately I was not one of them. I cannot wait until my hair grows out. Hairdresser was very professional and concerned that she would cut it the way I like it, but that never happened even after going back to have it fixed. I would go back, but to someone else.... I'm so disappointed.... I really liked the stylist.... but.....

I have my hair done by Maria at Salon Bella Sorella and she does an incredible job. I am very fussy about my hair and I felt that Maria actually really listened to what I wanted done. She foiled and cut my hair, the color was awesome (blonde) and the cut was perfect just as I wanted. She is very knowledgeable about coloring hair and you can see it in the results. If you are nervous about someone new doing your hair, you don't have to be with Maria, she is a perfectionist when it comes to hair and she does an amazing job. You will not be dissappointed.

Weather you are in need of a makeover or just a regular visit ,straight or curly hair you need to see Maria,
Previously from Newbury St in Boston. You cant get better than that . I have natural curly hair and recently had a make over from Maria she gave me a new cut and and a new color. Maria did a fantastic job, I have to say no one in my whole life has been able to cut my hair the way Maria did. Maria has shown me how to manage my very curly hair and made me feel beautiful, as she is a beautiful person . A true treasure to this salon where everyone is great! So in short you have to see "MARIA" you will not be sorry. Bella Salon is a unique Salon in the suberbs. No nee to go to Newbury Street for the best. After 30 years I found the Miravle at Bella Salon--Alisha!!

Alisha is a creative artist with color, cutting and styling.

Alisha took time to listen to what I liked, the she suggested (not told) me what she recommends. She is a true professional-you`ll know as soon as she touches your hair.

The salon is so clean, upscale, convenient parking and everyone has a great personality.

We are so fortunate to have such a wonerful Hair Stylist and Salon in the suburbs.

Michelle is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time each time you come in to discuss your hair needs and make sure that you are/were happy with the cut/color. The staff is friendly and they greet everyone that comes in with a smile and a hello. I highly recommend Salon Bella Sorella in Saugus.

I have been going to see Danielle for about three years. My mother started going before I did and referred me there. I loved her from the start, and she did an awesome job. Danielle is the now owner of the salon and I would never see anyone but her. I have worked at upscale salons in Boston who charge a fortune, and Danielle cuts and colors are always much better than any haircut I have ever had. It's a well kept secret. I always get compliements on my hair. Also it's very relaxed salon. Everyone is nice and friendly, and there are no snobby attitudes. I know not all salons are like this becuae I've worked in many that treat clients badly. I love this place and I'm sure anyone else would agree!!!!

I was a first time client and was very happy with my visit. The salon had a very warm and friendly atmosphere everyone was so nice. Alicia cut and colored my hair and did a fantastic job on both. Alicia is very knowledgeable about color and took the time to consult me on exactly what I was looking to achieve. Danielle (I believe the owner) made sure that the processes being done were explained and made me feel very comfortable. Overall I was extremely please and will be going there for years to come.

Alisha has been the best hairdresser I have ever had-she is so kind and friendly and takes the time to listen and make sure I'm happy with whatever hair style and color she gives me. She is very talented and knows how to make me look my best. I am not going anywhere but to Alisha for all of my hair needs...she's truly the best. I've been going to Danielle (now owner) for years from when this used to be Tiger's Den Salon. Back then, I read in a review that they got the Best of Boston for hair salons, specifically for best colorists, and they weren't kidding. I remember reading in an on-lin review at the time that Danielle took one woman from blonde to brunette to red and back to blonde, so I went to Danielle to become a brunette for a little while. She too brought me back from my experiment to being a blonde again, all seemlessly and with no brassiness I thought would be inevtiable. In fact, Danielle is the only one I trust with my hair. She always does a beautiful job and is a gifted hairdresser and stylist. Another very noteworthy fact: the prices here just can't be beat; you'll pay half as much here as you will anywhere on Newbury and you'll get twice the results. This is a best kept secret but one I'm willing to share :)

Best hairdresser ever Alicia, at Bella Sorella. I recently moved out of state I tried 20 other salons and hairdresser came home crying everytime. Alicia takes the time to consult with me I always leave with the perfect color and cut ,compliments galore, I fly home every few months to have Alicia color and cut my hair I wish she would relocate . I miss the magic.

Today I saw Alisha at Salon Bella Sorella, great atmosphere, I was greeted by Michelle who showed a genuine interest in me, my hair and any comments and/or concerns I may have had ... She offered me a beverage and told me that Alicia would be with me shortly. Alisha and I discussed what was to be done, and whala ... I have a great short style, with defined highlights. I now have what I call a wash and wear chic style that will look good even when I roll out of bed. I am the kind of person that works a 40 hour week job, where I have to be professional and ready for anything all the time. Plus I take care of my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter 4 mornings a week from 6:30AM to 1PM, and go directly to work on those mornings so I don't have time to spend on any hair style, I need something that is chic, neat, fashionable and very easy care! --- I recommend this salon without reservation ... signed da

I tried to color myself with a box kit from Walgreens. What a mistake! Not only did the color seep through but it made my hair orange. I called Bella Sorella (the closest salon to my house) and asked if anyone had time to fix my hair right away. Jessica offered to stay and take me. She fixed my by giving me a "full foil". I thought it would cost me a fortune but I walked out of there with exactly what I tried to do myself at home withought even spending $100. I will never try to do this myself again. I completely trust Jessica with my hair and I would recommend her to anyone!

1st time client and a little nervous. Alisha did a complete transformation on me. Left everything up to her including color and cut. Couldn't be happier. I will now be a regular customer. I believe she can do anything with any kind of hair. Highly recommend her. All the stylists were super nice and friendly. Great salon, nice and clean.

The people at Bella Sorella are incredibly nice. I feel comfortable when I go there, rather than feeling out of place in an expensive Boston salon. Michelle always does my color and cut, and you will never find a more dedicated stylist than her anywhere else. She knows I love to do different colors in my hair, and she always has a new idea of what she can do with my hair every time I go. She is wonderful and down-to-earth as are the rest of the staff; you would be crazy to go anywhere else!

When it comes to my hair it has to be the most difficult decision to make when you are trying a new stylist. I was visiting with my parents in Saugus MA and decided while they were out to go get my hair colored. I hesitated at first to try a different salon but in I went to this place I had noticed near the mall. I was introduced to a girl named Maria. Let me tell you , She was absolutly awesome. I showed her something I liked in a magazine and she went to work. well i Dont know how she did it but it was exactly what I wanted.

I tend to be very picky when it comes to my hair color and cut. Recently, I started going to Salon Bella Sorella in Saugus after hearing about one of thier stylists named Maria. She is incredible and the salon is beautiful! She knew exactly what I wanted from our conversation and brought it to fruition with ease. I feel like I dont need to worry anymore when I sit down in her salon chair! She made some great suggestions about my color and cut that made my hair better suited with my complexion and the shape of my face! I have never had so many complements about my hair, especially my highlights! And as a bonus, she is one of the sweetest people I know, and is so easy to talk to. I left the salon feeling beautiful and like I had made a new friend. My whole family is going to her now, and you should too!!!

Salon Bella Sorella is amazing! I have yet to see a salon as professional and comfortable. I have redisiscovered this salon after many years. I work near Newbury St. but I got sick of waiting for an hour or more, watered down product, and outrageous prices! Bella Sorella beats them all.

Danielle is the new prorprietor and a very talented stylist. She makes everyone feel welcome. Her staff is the best i've seen anywhere...including the shops at Newbury!

My stylist, Alisha, has been at the salon for many years and she is Wonderful. My neice and I have been going to her for months. She knows exactly what we want, no long waiting, great service, the best products and lots of laughs! I am in my fifties and my niece in her twenties ... people actually stop both of us to ask who does our hair!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Michelle for years and trust no one else besides her. She knows exactly how to do my hair the way I want and knows the styles I like. She can adapt to any one and their styles, gives great advice and recomendations She is very professional and upbeat. She is very friendly and easily approachable. Once you go to Michelle you do not want to go to any one else because she makes you comfortable and is very trusting. I highly recommend Michelle to any one that wants their hair to look perfect!

I recently had my first experience at Salon Bella Sorella with an old friend who recently joined their staff. Jessica who was formerly of Great Cuts/Hair Cuttery of Saugus has found a new home over at Salon Bella Sorella. What a great fit for her! Everyone was not only professional but very friendly. As always my cut was right on. I started going to Jessica 5 years ago when I lost my barber, to due his shop closing. I was incredibly nervous trying someone new but Jessica put my mind to ease by replicating my cut perfectly. The salon was easy to find, very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. All the girls were adorable, personality plus! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great cut from a talented stylist. Jessica is wonderful, I am so glad I was able to find her again!

I made an appointment at this salon based on the recommendations from this site. I had a stylist I loved a couple of years ago but she married and moved out of state. So I seemed to have a succession of bad haircuts from stylists who either just weren't listening or didn't care. I decided to give this place a shot and boy am I glad I did.

The stylists were very nice and welcoming. My appt was with Meghan and she was wonderful! . She really took the time to listen to me as I explained what I wanted and didn't want. She offered a few suggestions and then she went to work and did her magic. And when she was finished, I was left with a color and cut I absolutely love!

I'm so happy I found this salon.

Pros: Parking is good, location great, salon is clean and staff friendly.

I've been a client of Jessi's since 2002. Prior to that I had a 'fear' of Hair Salons! I'm very fortunate to have found Jessi she is a stylist I can trust . Jessi has a gift. She always knows just what cut/color/ style to give me. She has the highest level of standards & application skills that any stylist has ever had. I will follow her no matter where she goes. Jessi is a great team player. I say 'team' because when I visit her, I feel like I'm part of her team. She listens to your ideas and then makes her suggestions and then bamb she does her magic and nails it right on the head! You will never have any fears with Jessi she is classy and will always leave you feeling like you just left a five star resort spa. Go ask for Jessi at Bella Sorella.

I found Meghan via a internet search after I could not find the write person when I moved back to the Boston area. I found her about 2 yrs ago and could not be more happy. Her color skills are RIGHT on! I love the way she cuts. Danielle, Alisha and Meghan all have a great way of welcoming the clients. And now that Danielle owns the salon she brought it to life with such a classy feel. It's hard to believe it's not a Boston salon.
Go there..the prices are right, the skill is phenomenal. I have recommended it several friends and they all go to her.
They know their clients and take care of them.

Alisha has been cutting and coloring my hair for over fifteen years... she has an unbelieveable talent in choosing the just the right color... I always receive numerous compliments on the shade. Her cutting ablity is fantastic. I have had the short layered look to my current wavy bob. She is amazing!
I have recommended her to friends and they have said how it has changed their lives - she is that good at giving you the color and cut that works right for you. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed.!!!

I drive 30 miles to get my hair done at Bella Sorella because they're THAT good. When I moved back to the south shore, there was no question I would continue to go to Danielle for my long, thick curly hair. She is a genius with color and the cut is always perfect. She owns the salon now and has built a great team of stylists - they are all good. I get stopped by random women who comment on how great my hair is and ask where I get it done... I've started carrying their business card because it happens so often!

I have been searching and searching for a stylist that can work with curly hair. Maria , where have you been.!
After going through four different salons I finally found a place where they have mastered their craft. The girls at this salon are awesome and The womanl maria who straightened my hair was a miracle worker. Great cut , great job. I no longer need to search for a good stylist. This is the mass general for dying hair.

Salon Bella Sorella is a new salon in Saugus next to the Square One mall. It was the old Tiger's Den under new management. The place has a fun atmosphere and the hairdressers are very knowledgeable. Ask for Meghan...she is awesome.

This salon is the best ever! The girls are sooo friendly, not snobby at all, everyone greets you with a smile and best of all, their service is amazing! I've been to Newbury street salons and other salons that get high ratings on this site (Amaci salon) and yet, I've been nothing but disappointed. I went to Megan to get a haircut and color my hair blonde and my hair came out looking shinier and healthier than ever. She was able to turn my dark hair blonde without looking brassy. The other stylists are also great. Danielle gave someone a great layered haircut. So, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone that wants a hot, trendy new do. Best of all, I went during the holiday season and they even give you a gift bag of goodies when you left.

I went to Danielle for an up-do for an important formal event. I brought along a picture of what I had in mind and she did a stunning job. She talked to me the whole time to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted. At the end of the day I had 75 hairpins in my hair, and not a single one hurt! She's very personable and sweet, and all I can say is that she's worth the drive!

My wife and I have been going to Tiger's Den for several years now. We both love it. They are very attentive and willing to go that extra measure that means so much. We have lived in many places so we have a deep basis for comparison and Tiger's Den comes out on top. They also care very much about their customers. I personally know this for a fact.

But the bottom line is, they do a fantastic job.

Danielle is without question one of the best in the business. Ever since I started getting haircuts from her 7 years ago, she's never let me down...and I am a very picky person. I travel all over the world and have visited many elite hair salons. Most are overpriced, overglorified, Supercuts. Over the years my hairstyles have changed and she keeps herself in tune with the latest styles. She brings alot of experience to the table, along with a great personality and the utmost professionalism. Even if you're not quite sure of the hair on your head and what you want to do with it, I'll betcha she has the perfect diagnosis and when she's through with it you'll feel like a movie star. Frankly, If I wanted to be selfish, I wouldn't want anymore people to take up her appointments anymore so if you don't book her up that leaves me an opportunity to get a haircut when I'm in town, but I've already sent my mother, sisters, cousins, father, grandfather, and most of my friends from the east coast to her and they are now all regulars. If you don't realize how lucky you are when you manage to schedule an appointment with her, you're going to recognize how elite she is when you see her in action. I always wonder why she isn't working in Hollywood with movie stars and the like getting paid what she's worth (her prices now are ridiculously low for what she does!!) - so get her while she's available - she may not be for long!
