My daughter attended Medford Auto last year, I was so happy with the service and professionalism
that I signed my son up for this week. Mr Perry was great , so were the ladies in the office! The price was a lot better than near my house,Burllington/Woburn area. I have recommeded to all my friends!

I AGREE this place is a SCHEDULING NIGHTMARE!You cannot get anyone on the phone, when you do they are irritable or less than helpful, the availability of driving time is scarce, and you have to drive your kid to a central pickup place if you do not live in Medford! How is a person supposed to work? I would NEVER recommended Medford Auto School

I have ALSO had the frustration of trying to schedule lessons for months!
The instructor smokes in the car (he does ask the kids if they mind, but they of course say no), and has cancelled lessons on several occasions. It may be less expensive than others, but as they say, "you get what you pay for"!

I have had the same problem scheduling driving hours. We paid the money up front and get the run around for driving. I called Mr Bruno who was rude and had to apologize for his comments. I was told no hours for the next 5-6 weeks are available.

My son has been enrolled at Medford Auto School since August 08. He has had several driving appointments cancelled, and nothing has been available. He has called to schedule 4 days this week, and has yet to receive a call back. I called, and received a call that evening. Only to advise me there is no hours available for another month. They were not this lax in collecting the fee though.
Very dissatisfied with this auto school, and it's owner Mr. Bruno.

The classes teach you everything you need to know about how to drive,auto safety movie that show the proper way to drive, and why it's not safe and the dangers of drunk driving,speeding, road rage. Everything that you can count on in the real world of driving is explained in great detail at this school. In addition, the women in the class get a hands on lesson in how to do routine car checks, from learning were the car's gas tank is located to how to pump gas at the service station,how to check the oil levels,water level etc.

PROS: great detailed teaching
CONS: pricey

Our son went through the process. The staff is professional and the price is reasonable. It teaches good driving habit in addition to passing driver's test. The place is central to every routes. We would like to bring our daughter back there for her test soon. It has lessons at all hours and cars are very safely designed. The passing percentage is very high for this school.

If you are looking for a great place to learn to drive, it may have been right around the corner the whole time. Medford Auto School has a great way of teaching that makes you want to learn. There is never a boring moment. Everything is fun and interesting from the discussions they give, to the movies they show, to the written tests and even the driving. You will always want to learn more and it isn't too expensive. If you choose this auto school and pay attention you will not only get your license on the first try, but you will have a blast in the process!
