I've brought a few pets there for spaying and they were very nice and the price reasonable. My problem with them tho is that they are suppose to be a shelter. Not for profit and are always asking for donations. Who needs shelter more than stray cats? I have called them on three separate occasions and asked if they could take a stray cat. Each time they said 'sorry, we're full'. I've been in there and they don't have a lot of cages set up out front with available cats. If they want to consider themselves a shelter and call themselves the ALLIANCE for Animals they really should make room for more strays. Their the ones most in need of shelter.
I do have a few kind words about this place, they have low cost, and very cute puppies. I called and told them I was coming into see the puppies, and they put me down for an appointment. I even left school early, and traveled 45 minutes to go and see them. When I got there, they were all sold, and everyone there was not in the least bit helpful.
Hopefully you all have better luck!
