Supercuts

I used to like Supercuts because it was cheap and the people were nice there. But now since Supercuts has been getting big, it seems as if they have been picking up just any stylist that went to a low budget college or with some lame ass experience. Do they have a new "Mado" ? Is it "the faster the better and on to the next"? They really don't care about customers anymore! I remember one dead afternoon at supercuts and I am absolutely honest, I was the only customer waiting for a haircut and there was no one at the time getting one so I thought I would be next in a jiffy. I swear, they did not take me until another 20 minutes had gone by. One stylist was on the phone, the other one was too busy sweeping hair on the ground and I guess the other one just had to go for a smoke and then use the bathroom for 10 minutes until she finally decided to call me. And then they had the nerve to say thery were sorry for the wait. FAT CHANCE, so I left! I hate to expose you guys but out of the three Supercuts I go to in Mass, I have to admit all of them SUCKS ! and they definitely lost a loyal customer for years. I guess I'll just spend a little more but at least I'll be happy. Plus the prices has gone ridiculously to high anyways.

This place is just horrible, what is the manager doing?? The stylists are rude, mean ,and I've never had someone carelessly piss through my haircut, just to get it done in time. I think it took all of 15min. Don't waist the time, go to a salon where they take there time and care about your business.

Guys who don't want to spend money on a haircut should go here. They're always cheap. They do a good job with a simple guy cut. It takes like no time at all to get a cut here.
