Hi, I'm 17-years-old. I know it's kind of strange for me to be writing this , since I haven't been to Bonkers in over twelve years, but that place holds a dear place in my heart. I love it. I've read up a lot of reviews on Bonkers from a parent's perspective, usually some positive and others negative, but I've never seen one from the point of view of a child. Well here it is: It's fun and huge. It will entertain children for hours. I've had so many adventures there that I remember even to this day. Sure, it's overpriced as hell, but it's worth it. You get jipped on the prizes, but in reality, the real fun is the maze and the rides, not the games. The food is WAY BETTER than Chuck E. Cheese and the party room area is absolutely beautiful. They've got some strict rules, but you're a parent, you aren't doing anything, and your children can get around any rule. I sure as hell did. That place amazes me even to this day because it was so different and so fun. It will leave a lasting impression on your children, hopefully a good one. I know I can't say anything now on how it is today, but if it has changed, all I can say is that it was a fun place, with great food, a wonderful place to throw a birthday party, and it was magical as a child. I will love Bonkers forever and I hope to someday go back there and visit.

Hi, I love Bonkers! I'm 11 years old and the maze is just simply amazing. $10 for 3 years and up, $15 for the maze pass. I say it's worth it! Forget Chuck E. Cheeses, go to Bonkers. Kids of all ages will love it! For my birthday when I turn 12, I want it at Bonkers. I am just simply enthralled.

A friend and I took our boys to Bonkers recently on a 1/2 day, we thought we'd get them lunch and let them play for a while. To my surprise there was a notice at the counter stating all fryers will now be using a peanut oil. My son is allergic to both tree nuts and peanuts. He is 10 and newly diagnosed and this notice caused him such anxiety that not only could none of us eat anything, but we left after 1/2 an hour. So I spent $80.00 on bracelets and games and had a horrible day. If another child eats french fries from a peanut oil based fryer and then wipes his hands on a game handle, or a ride, my son could have a bad reaction. I am surprised to see a children's play area be so careless about such a serious condition.

I have been a repeat customer of Bonkers for years.
It is a little steep, for a maze pass $15, but its truly
worth it. The kids cannot get enough. They start off with that bracelet pass and run off to play. I pick a table and read the paper or watch the game. The food has been recently upgraded from processed to fresh and homemade. The menu also has been expanded(Buffalo chicken wings and pasta) and for a children place its quite surprisingly good. We tried the new pasta and bought more for Mom at home.
We love Bonkers and its clean environment. I am shocked what the last review stated, and we just cannot be talking about the same business.
Every time we have purchased a party cake they are half vanilla half chocolate. Topped with dairy frosting( prefer
real frosting). That story seems odd.
We always had a great time! Check it yourself, you'll see
your children will love it.

i just took my children to bonkers and i was very unhappy!! barely any of the games worked, i used to take my children there all the time and used to be very satisfied with the playland,my children came to me plenty of times to let me know that they lost coins in the machines or the games didnt have the proper amount of balls that it should. I can remember taking my oldest who is know 14 there when he was 3 and the same exact games are there! there maybe 2-3 new ticket games... when it was time to leave and turn in the tickets they had over 900 and the only option was to get candy! Had i known this visit was going to be like this i would of taken my kids to chuckie cheese... Again like i said this was not a great visit, as i spoke to one employee over this they told me that the games being broken are an ongoing issue as they are over 15 years old. Who wants to pay $ 29.99 per child for a birthday party when nothing works not even the skee balls good luck finding a round one!! For the money and what you can get for the tickets you may have better luck taking the little ones to chuckie cheese

I had a birthday party for my daughter and it was great. The price was reasonable for a party the includes everything you need for an entire day of fun. All the children loved the frog hopper and the slides. To bring you kid for a day of fun, a bracelet is 15.00, which is not bad...

This is a great place to take your kids once the snow starts flying!
It's a great indoor arcade/playspace/pizza joint. They have a huge climbing structure with tunnels and slides. tIn addition, they also have a carousel, ferris wheel & "frog Hopper" as well as multiple arcade games (skee ball, shoot the clown etc...) $10 per child over 3 years will get them unlimited access to the big rides (mentioned above) and then you can buy tokens for the games. The games give tickets for points earned and the kids can redeem thier tickets for prizes at the end. They have a pizza stand as well that sell all the regular refreshments. Bringing your own food in is not allowed.

Price for a bracelet for the entire day is $10. That is way too much for any working parent. If you take your kid once a week, that is $40 a month! The birthday parties are too expensive, too.

However, they have the best indoor playstructure for kids that I have ever seen. The rides are great, too. Food is all right, but still on the pricey side. The redemption prizes are great for older (3 years plus) kids, but they ticket prices make the prizes virtually unattainable for most kids.

Why go to Chucky Cheese when you can support a small local business that is even better than the chain. They have games, rides, great pizza and they put on a great birthday party.

Bonkers is all the fun a child could want. Games, Rides, a huge slide, merry go round. The food is even pretty good. They have a nice play area for infants and toddlers. The only bad thing is their age is 3 and up for the full price, but 3 yr olds can't go on every ride.
