I go to the Bluebonnet occasionally for lunch. They have great American style food. They give you big portions for the price. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

We eat at the Bluebonnet at least once a month. The prices are moderate. The food is always consistenly good. Chili, chicken, roast beef, and meatloaf are all good. The pies are very good.

The Bluebonnet has been here since I was little. My parents would bring us when we visited my grandparents. The food is great and it's very cool to bring our own kids there and let them see the variety of food that diners have. Great food and friendly service. Very reasonable prices.

the bonnet as called by locals has been serving wonderful food at very reasonable prices for decades. i have frequented the diner located on rte 5 next to i91 for the last 25 years. the counter service as well as the booth service is fast and very very clean. don't let this diner pass you buy.

This is your classic American diner. It even has a train running around the perimeter of the dining room!! The grapenut pudding is fantastic... and the menu is HUGE! so many things to pick from. The waitresses (and the occasional waiter) are so friendly and down to earth. If you haven't been yet, don't miss it!
Pros: Service and Food! Great for families
Cons: Not downtown.. but on Rt 5 and 10
