Jennifer Convertibles

A while back my boyfriend and I were in the 'couch' market. We wanted something classy and affordable, but we were willing to do whatever it took to get something that reflected our personalities.

We'd seen ads on TV for Jennifer Convertibles and thought their leather couches were gorgeous and thought we'd pop in to see what they had to offer.

Obviously some of the couches were out of our price range but there were others that were quite nice and would do just fine for a young couple. However, the minute they saw us coming they figured us for the 'bargain basement' type and sent us downstairs to where the ripped, stained couches they couldn't sell to anyone else were.

The salesman had an air of 'dippy son-in-law' hired solely on the fact whoever was in charge didn't want his daughter to starve. He didn't even try to find out what we were looking for, our price range, and any payment plans that we could work out.

So there you have it - if you're loaded and look like it help yourself, but anyone else hop on craigslist and find something else; they'll certainly never have my business.

PROS: beautiful furniture
CONS: bad customer service
