This is a small community bank with an atmosphere of family and personal attention. Their ATM is superb (low fee, excellent options, etc.). Their staff is first-class: patient, joyous, and homy. Their teller service is very speedy and efficient. Their mortgage rate is one of the lowest in Mass. I went in to get cash for my debit gift card and they provided the service efficiently. I asked some questions about their products and the manager was really helpful. No sales gimmciks, either. A really great place to bank!

The bank layout is divided into 2 sections: Customer service, and tellers. The decor is shabby, and needs a makeover.
The staff is pleasant enough. There is only one ATM in the whole branch, and frequently, that ATM is out of service.
As the merger completes, hopefully that will happen less.
PROS: convenient location
CONS: only one ATM, which frequently is out of service.
