5 Stars: Spinelli's is best ricotta pie arround (by andrea v.)

This place has one of the best ricotta pies is Boston. Worth the traverl to East Boston. Its rich creamy and perfectly sweet. Enjoyed the rest of the pastries as well

5 Stars: AS GOOD AS HOME MADE (by Sheryl R.)

Spinelli's sells pasta, prepared foods such as eggplant parmagiana, chicken-ziti-broccoli, sausages and peppers, and oh so many more great dishes. At lunch they have a hot bar so you can chose what you want and eat in as there are several small tables for this. I have friends in western Mass and whenever I'm going out for a visit the request begins with "Can you stop by Spinelli's and get some . . . (and the list is long)" Also make custom cakes, great pastries and Italian cookies. Highly recommend.

4 Stars: Bakery in East Boston (by Pamela B.)

Spinelli's is located in East Boston not far from Logan Airport. They sell pastry and pastas and ravioli. They are pretty good for the pasta and the cookies are good. Some of the other pastry is lacking and you wonder why someone just wouldn't go through the tunnel to the North End and get some serious pastries. It is filled with locals from Easty. Prices are reasonable.
