4 Stars: Brown Sugar Cafe is delicious and in a great location on Comm Ave. (by Shannon L.)

This restaurant is touted as the best Thai food in Boston and I don't disagree. There are pages and pages of different entrees here that it is hard to decide what to get. I usually end up getting the Pad Thai because I know that it is delicious and I will enjoy it. Brown Sugar can get crowded on busy days and weekends, showcasing its popularity. It is a good deal as far as Thai food goes; you probably pay around $13 for an entree. I would recommend them because Brown Sugar is known as the Thai place to go in Boston.

4 Stars: Brown Sugar Cafe is yummy! (by Amy W.)

Brown Sugar cafe is very authentic. I have been to thailand and this food comes close to the food at Brown Sugar. The noodle dishes are my favorite. It does get busy, so plan to go early.

5 Stars: Best Thai food in town (by Maria D.)

Brown Sugar Cafe was introduced to me almost eight years ago. The food is amazing! I love the papaya salad, the tom yum soup, pineapple fried rice, the mango chicken and oh that Thai ice tea! As you can see, I have tried quite a bit of their menu. It is highly recommended. Although the restaurant is top notch, the sister restaurant in Cambridge is not as good. Definitely opt for the Commonwealth location, but be weary of high volume times. The service is amazing, but you may feel a bit rushed. If you go at lunch on a weekend, you can sit and relax and take your time.

4 Stars: Amazing Thai food, great atmosphere (by S. J.)

Small restaurant located in the BU area, with probably the best Thai food I've had in Boston. Have never had a dish I didn't like there. And the fried ice cream at the end of the meal is a MUST! Atmosphere is cozy and great for either a first date or get together with friends. Hint: park in the Shaw's lot for up to 2 hours at no charge if no street parking is available. Also, they do take reservations, which is recommended on the weekends.
