Water's Edge has kept its lakeside spot for a few years, now, and owners Jim and Rose certainly know how to make a superb thin-crust pizza -- they started their careers with the Papa Gino's firm. But what makes this restaurant exceed expectations is the high level of quality and taste in each dinner entree or salad or appetizer. Water's Edge is consistently delicious and always coming out with a new dish or variation on a traditional item. Their social, neighborhood bar is also an attraction that satisfies.
