Waited more than 20 minutes to be served a bowl of soup. I was about to reach over the counter and just scoop some for myself, when I was able to flag down a manager. The person preparing orders was completely inept.

    Pros: Decent food

    Cons: slow service, annoying yuppies

I love the pick 2 at paneras, because I can get a nice soup or salad, and one of the yummy panini sandwiches. But most of the time I bring my computer to enjoy the free wireless and bottomless cups of coffee

This Panera Bread has great service. While dealing with the busy lunchtime rush, they are friendly and upbeat. I spent hours a day here during graduate school, and truly feel at home even now when I go back. Great bread, healthy menu, reliable service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Parking is good here too. Watch out for the lunch rush!

    PROS: staff, food, service

This is a great place for lunch or a casual late dinner. The mood is great in the Watertown location. I enjoy visiting the restaurant during the afternoon hours. The lowfat soups are great.

This sandwich shop is owned by Au Bon Pain, so the food is quality, although a bit pricey. Some sandwiches are not that big, and for $7 a piece, they definitely should be!! However, it is a nice place, and the food is delicious...there are also Paneras in the North Shore, in Danvers and Swampscott.

IF YOU LOVE FRESH BREAD, BAGELS, BREAD BOWLS, SANDWICHES STUFFED LARGE THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. THE INGREDIENTS ARE ALWAYS FRESH. NEVER A LONG WAIT. ALWAYS SEATING. YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AT THE COUNTER AND SIT YOURSELF, SO THERE IS NO RUSH. YOU CAN SIP COFFEE AND SNACK ON A BAGEL WHILE READING THE SUNDAY PAPER. THEY WILL MAKE ANY KIND OF SANDWICH AND HAVE GREAT SOUPS AND SALADS TOO. NOT JUST BREAD HERE.

I loved the bread at Panera. The fillings for the sandwiches were fresh. It was so much better than fast food, but the service was fast.
