I went for a regularly scheduled service appointment. They told me I needed 2 new tires. I was there with a flat tire a couple weeks ago, and the repairman was all set to fix the tire and the service person was ready to tell me it was not repairable. No mention of the tires being bald. My service advisor was spitting mad when I asked to see the bad tire. In fact, I have never had anyone so mad at me. For what? Questioning a car dealership? Which are known everywhere for their honesty? The tires I saw did need replacing. I don't know if they were mine as they were in a pile.

I received a call saying my car was ready. It wasn't; I had to wait half an hour for paperwork to be done. Also . . .. probably not wise to assume I had grandchildren whom I had to ferry to activities. I am ferrying my own children - still in elementary school. Just adding insult to injury.

I wish I had read reviews before I bought my new car from there. I just recently (2 weeks ago) bought a brand new (2013) Honda civic from Boch Honda. 2 weeks later I still am not driving it. First they told me they could not transfer my plates because even though I had the title and reg of the old car that had recently ended up in a junk yard cause the engin went, they couldn't do it because i was not trading anything in. So I would have to get new plates. Which is incorrect cause I have done this with other dealerships in MA and I have always been a RI resident. never had this issue with any other MA dealer I have dealt with and i have bought 5 cars from dealers in MA. Then they tell me I cannot get a temp plate from the RI DMV (which is there for those residents who buy a car from MA or a dealership in a state that don't issue temp plates) because it is there policy the car has to be registered before it leaves the lot. NOT MASSACHUSETTS LAW, it's their personal policy. OK fine. Called today because it has now been 2 weeks since I have signed on the car and they tell me that this morning they went to the registry and the DMV would not accept the starter check we gave them. Really? Cause I just used a starter check yesterday to register my sons car and I had no problem. Then proceed to tell me it also needs a VIN check still... It's a 2013 no previous owners just came off the truck to their dealer. No it doesnt need a VIN Check. Mentioned to them my dad owns a chevy dealership here in RI (yes I know but I really wanted a civic) and it is not needed. Put me on hold and sure enough it's not needed. They told me i still need to bring in another check or they would prefer cash, yeah of course you want cash to probably keep the change left over. I told them by law I can reg the car myself I will be there to pick up the paperwork today. Again place me on hold and come back to tell me it's their personal policy the runner has to go to the DMV. Seriously I'm about to call my lawyer due to the fact it has been 2 weeks and they are holding my car hostage over there with every excuse in the book to not give it to me. On top of they told me due to me being out of state they have to deliver it to me.. no sorry I can pick it up you will not be charging me more for you to drive my car to me when I live 30 min away. NEVER go there. They are full of lies and will tell you anything to prolong probably something they messed up. Spend the extra few hundred at another dealership and save yourself the hassle. You'll thank me in the long run.

Cut to the chase, Took them 1 week to temporary repair my van issue. I say temporary because it was never fixed properly. their famous words are, we think we fixed the issue and now we want you to take the van and drive around for a while? WTF! Fix the problem now, i have 2 small kids in the back and can't afford to get into an accident! We don't give out loaners. After three attempts to fix the transmission issue the light came back on. The van only had 34k miles and was never driven hard as i was the only driver. I am now a proud owner of another brand and will not go back to BOCH HONDA and will not refer anyone there. Horrible service, don't even get me started on the service manager! My suggestions to anyone who goes there is to talk to some of the folks who come in for service before you make a decision.

I don't like their service at all. They are rude and dishonest. They never respond to my voice message. After they balanced tires, car still vibrated on the high way. I have to come back three times to thing done correctly. I am not going buy a car from Boch Honda

My wife and I knew exactly what kind of 2011 minivan we wanted. Boch had a 2011 minivan but not the color we wanted. we were told to leave $1,000 and they would look for one in the color we wanted and we would know in two days if they could find it. I called them two days later, thay said call tomorrow, I did. They said they will call me Friday and let me know if they have my car or if I get my deposit back. Friday they said I am getting my deposit back. I asked them about the other color mini van, they said its sold. Its almost a month after the fact and still no refund on my deposit. Unhelpful, unwilling, and unacceptable. We went Sept 17th to buy a car thats on the market Sept 30. its Oct 5th and still no car. We bought our CR-V with Boch in 2008, same exact thing; wright car, wrong color. I will never buy from Boch again.

Boch Honda Service Department:

I drove to Boch Honda service department in Norwood, MA today for routine maintinance on a new car that was purchased at Boch Honda in Norwood.

I will describe in detail the poor service, unprofessional conduct
poor interepersonal skills and arrogant and indifferent attitude of the Service Department employees as well as the Service Department Manager on Saturday, September 4, 2010 @ 1:00pm.

When I arrived at the Service Department of Boch Honda, my car was the only vehicle inside the customer service area. There were no other cars waiting ahead of me inside the customer service area.

I was directed by a service department employee to drive to
the the end of the service area. One customer service employee asked me for the mileage on my car but nothing
else. I assumed that he was going to process the invioce for the service being requested by me.

His behavior was odd, he did not process an invoice for the service needed to complete. As in previous visits to Boch Honda Service I continued to wait for Customer Service Representative to intiate the invoice repair and mantenance invoice. I waited for 20 minutes. I was totally ignored by all customer service representatives during the 20 minute wait.

I got out of my car that was left in the customer service bay and entered the waiting area where I waited for another 20 minutes with no recognition by any customer service employee of the service department.

At this point at asked the cashier to page a manager. The Service Manager met with me and I voiced my complaint. The Customer Service Manager was rude, confrontational, unprofessional and lacked interpersonal skill and tact when dealing with me. He was defensive, arrogant and unapologetic.

I was totally amazed by the degree of apathy, indifference, disrepect and unprofessional behavior I received for the Service Department.

It was clear to me that Boch Honda Service Department and the employees that were working on Saturday September 4, 2010 @ 1:00pm displayed beahviors that undermine Boch Honda Service Department that result in a loss business for
Boch Honda.

I left Boch Honda Service Department refusing to have any further service or contact with them.

Although I bought my car from Boch Honda, I will not be returning for future service at that location.

My purpose in writing is to alert customers of Boch Honda of my experience. I'm sure this is not an isolated incidence.

Just turned in my honda pilot lease for an accord. Bob Fenerty couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Very accomodating and got me w/in my price range. I would definitly recommend this dealership for variety and customer service.

I bought a Corolla from Boch Toyota. But it took all day just to be able to get it done. First I spent over 2 hours with the salesman just to narrow down the choice to fit my needs. then I did the negotiation and of course he could not make a move without the sales manager. When the deal was finalized, I needed to wait to speak with the finance dept even though I was going to pay cash. When I sat with the finance dept, after waiting another 40 minutes, he proceeded to bombard me with all the extras I should be getting as add ons. I repeatedly told him no but he kept dragging it on. Same thing with the holding of the credit card. I bought on a Sat- the car was to be ready Mon night- drove there and the car was not going to be ready until wed. No communication to me. The only good thing that happened was that I was able to get a 500.00 alarm system added in at no extra cost for all my trouble. The finance mgr was the worst- very arrogant! but the last laugh was on him- he lost my cc info andd could not process the payment- he called me 4 weeks after I owned the car to ask me for the cc info again because bookkeeping told him that he was missing the $3k. He was in jepardy of losing his job. I made him wait for a few days while I got my cc company to verify that no charge had already been made.

Went to Boch South 2 years later to buy a Solara. Did my negotiating online- made the deal and refused to speak to a finance guy. Told them if they wanted the deal I just wanted to sign the papers, pay my money and be done with it. There was no high pressure sales, no high pressure from finance, and car was ready when they said it would be. No waiting.

I recently bought a CRV from Boch. I haggled with 3 different dealers on line. Only Boch (((DAN))) was honest in considerite of my needs. I was in no hurry. Dan was a true sales man and was anxious to make a deal, but was not pushy( no buy today or lose offer ). The other two dealers, one would not haggle at all, the other kept giving me ultimatems buy now or lose the offer and they both offered used cars, If I wanted a used car I would have asked for one. I already had financeing going in, at no time was financeing mentioned until I aked them if they could do better, They did 2.9% less better. I highly reccomend Boch Honda. If I could give them any advice it would be to speed up the process a little bit. KUDOS TO BOCH HONDA

I have to say that after reading through so many of these negative reviews, I can only conclude that some of them are red herrings written by sleazy salespeople at other dealerships. My husband and I purchased an Odyssey minivan today (June 28) and our experience was the exact opposite of many of those reported here. Understand that most of your sales experience ay a cardealership is a function of the salesperson, and our salesperson at Boch was exceptional. His name is Eric Silva. Eric is a very nice guy, straightforward, and not at all slick. If you want to buy a Honda, I highly recommend you contact Boch Honda and set up an appointment to meet with Eric Silva. I fully understand that perhaps our experience at Boch was different specifically because of Eric, but the point is that if you write off this dealership because some other person posting on this board ran into one lousy salesperson, you are limiting your options and potentially costing yourself money. Boch sells the most cars for a reason - they have a large inventory and you are much more apt to find what you want there. I have no idea if the "our costs are less so we can sell for less" jingle is true, but in our case they bested the average Edmunds.com sales price for our car by $750, and matched the lowest price offered by Newton Honda Village. We experienced very little pressure (because Eric didn't apply any), and found no evidence of the chicanery apparently experienced by others here (assuming these reviews are legitimate). Now, you will surely get some of the "what can we do to sell you this car today" treatment, but if you don't expect some of that from a car dealership, you are either hopelessly naive or a moron, one or the other. These places all understand that if you leave, you are highly likely to take whatever price you've just negotiated, shop it around elsewhere, and never return. So sure, they try to convince you to buy while you're still there. But thanks to Eric, we were shielded from this to a large degree. In fact, we liked him so much that we left, shopped elsewhere, and returned two days later to purchase. I highly recommend Boch for the large selection, competitive prices, and overall nice experience. I can't gaurantee you will have this experience with another salesperson, but I certainly can vouch for Eric Silva. Happily. Give him a call and I'll bet you won't be dissapointed.

Who doesn't love being upsold every single time you go in for service...need an oil change...oh yeah..you need other things that you really dont need but they recommend!!! Then you foolishly get the other things done and drive home and have to drive right back because of faulty work. This happened 2 times with me. They don't even apologize...they just say...OH. THEN they pressure you to give them 5's when someone calls for a phone survey. Total scammers!!! Avoid at all costs!

I worked there, like everywhere else it depends on who you end up dealing with, some are good/great some are not so good/great some are honest but most are not . Welcome to the world of money hungry owners who make their employees do everything necessary for the all-important bottom line. Just my opinion if you want to be treated well go to the small mom and pop store that depends on a good reputation to be successful. their pockets are not deep enough to screw as many as they can

Our experience with sales agent Steve Winette at Boch Honda was absolutely the worst ever. He delivered a brand new Honda Odyssey that was dirty, had a dent and scratches on it. His follow-up and attitude was exremely poor and continues to be the cases. We would never recommend Boch Honda to anyone. If you want excellent service and follow-up, I suggest you give Prime Acura or Honda a call, they care about their customers before and after the sale - truly professional.

Boch Honda's Service Department is awful! I went there twice and waited for 2 hours each time just to be told that they didn't have the correct part. Then the third time I went, they told me to come at a particular time. When I got there they sent me home and told me they couldn't work on my car today. When I talked to the service manager he basically told me "tough!" I have only ever had Hondas and will never buy one again because this is the only service department in my area. Going to Boch Honda for sales or service is truly a torturous experience. Take my advice... don't go there!!!

I was astonished to read such negative reviews of Boch Honda, Norwood, because my experience with them was exactly the opposite of what is reported here. I credit my outstanding experience at Boch Honda entirely to Sales & Leasing Consultant Jim Travers. I recently became a widow and was terrified at the prospect of entering a car dealership, so received a quote on a Honda Accord from Jim via email. My son then accompanied me to the dealership and Jim turned out to be very personable and he put my mind at ease immediately. My son and I liked his direct and straightforward manner, and he did not use any bate-and-switch tactics, and was not at all the slick, fast-talking salesman I had come to expect after visiting other dealerships. He was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. He struck me as being highly intelligent, and I was impressed by how well-organized and well-prepared he was during each phase of the negotiations. He fulfilled all of his commitments to me in a timely manner, and things went exactly as he said they would. And, no, I am not his mother.

ACTUALLY NO STARS (but you made me pick one)

My husband has been hunting for my new honda civic Ex with nav at a few dealers this week. May I just say that BOCH HONDA WAS THE WORST>>>

He decided to go there to compare prices with what we had been offered so far (included my trade).. The sales people first came out with an offer that was $8000 which was more than 2 other smaller dealers we had been to. Then my husband said fine..thank you for their time..yada yada.. and asked for the keys back for my trade (they had them to look at trade in value).. then they persisted in what was wrong with that price.. no other dealer can beat that.. My husband told them how he had a dealer who had a price that was less than half.. (PETERS HONDA-NASHUA) and Boch said that dealer is nothing.. they are pee ons.. they cant match us we are the biggest dealer around.. My husband again asked for his keys again.. they then brought Jow Blow the sales mgr over to say they would match Peters price.... My husband again instead he get his keys back NOW... Finally after making a scene my husband got his keys, as he was leaving the sales mgr actually blocked his car then proceeded to lean in his open window to say he was getting a great deal... two minutes later my husband gets a call ..he hadn't even made it to route 1 yet... come on back.. deals all set.. great deal..yada yada.. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE BOUGHT FROM PETERS HONDA NASHUA (the pee ons as they were referred to by BOCH).. Also I hear BOCH is building a new honda dealership in my hometown of Westford.. WELL I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE (ALL MY NEIGHBORS>>FELLOW TOWNIES) HOW MUCH THEY SUCK>>

I went in to look at new cars and after some very high pressure sales I put down $100 (on a credit card) to hold a car until I could talk to my husband. We decided against the car and were told they would credit it back to my card. Over 3 months and 8 phone calls later I still have not gotten the credit. I guess they think people will just give up after a while. If you do decide to give them a deposit, please don't use cash or a check - I can't imagine you'd ever see that money again. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company but would be out of luck if I'd paid by check.

Because I heard that car salesmen were known to be deceitful, so I wasn't surprised that they gave me a quote for a basic 2008 Honda Civi LX, $22,900. I simply took off. The managers followed me to my car to pressure me to come back for a deal.

They showed me a car with 10 miles on it and gave me a better deal. I agreed to it and confirmed I wanted that car I saw with 10 miles on it.

However, after I signed the paper and everything, they told me that the car with 10 miles was not available, and gave me another car with 146 miles on it instead.

Be careful when you come to the finance department. They cheat. Eventhough you see the interest rate, term loan, the amount you finance, but becareful with the daily pay period; they will put 45 days, it will cacluate 1 and half month. if you ever buy a car at Boch Honda, you need to get you monthly number ready before you go there.
Never do bunissess again with a dealer who cheats.

I was not impressed with the service. I was there for over 6 hours and felt like the salesman had absolutely no idea what was going on. They even tried to sneak the Mass tax onto my contract (I'm a New Hampshire resident).
I went to Boch because they claimed I could get a "great deal" so I drove over and hour from my home to receive this great deal. Well, I didn't really get any "great deal" on the price of the car - I could have bought my car in NH and driven it off the lot that day for the same price. Which reminds me, I had to wait over a week to get my car delivered to me up in New Hampshire because the salesman didn't "feel like getting up at 6 in the morning" on the days that worked best for me.
When I finally got my car I could tell the salesman was a smoker because my car smelled like cigarette smoke - not to mention my contract stated the car would have 12 miles on it. I live a little over 50 miles away. The car had 120 something miles on it when I received it. Does 12+50=120??? And oh yeah! I forgot to mention the interior was filthy and covered with dust and the corner vent cover had popped out of the dashboard. Whatever happened to cleaning and inspecting the car before the customer receives it? Absolute disaster.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had.

DO NOT to go to Boch.

I must say that I had an OK salesman.. He was patient with me .. Didn't pressure me .. But the manager and the finance department and the paperwork office is horrid horrid horrid .. Placed items on the billing that were never authorized nor discussed .. They are very very very sneaky .. I got an OK price .. Not the best deal I needed a car and didn't want to look all over the place .. Recommendation .. Try other places first if you have time . There are a lot of choices don't make the same mistake I did and it looks like quite a few others have

They gave me a great price on a 2008 Honda Pilot, but have been horrible about refunding my $500 deposit. They make it impossible to get anyone on the phone who can help and make claims which simply aren't true (like that they refunded the money to my card). I guess I got what I paid for.

The Tundra I bought from Boch was not on their lot, it was "located" from another dealership in NH, and brought down. While it has been an excellent truck, I was assured that it would have the Stability & Traction control like the ones on their lot. It didn't. But by the time I found that out, I already owned the truck. Their suggestion was to sell it, and buy again. I didn't do that, and the truck has been excellent, they can't screw up a Toyota too badly. But they can misrepresent them. I will give them credit for the finance department, they were helpful and nice. Almost forced a 0% finance deal on me, so I took it, with no regrets. Not sure how they make a profit on that, but I'm sure there's an angle. I didn't encounter the credit card scam (but I'm aware of that)

I went on Feb 16th to see about a car after looking around I decided to lease a 2008 Accord. The finance person pulled my credit report and told me I have no credit but it would be fine. I wrote a check, read over and signed all of the documents including the lease agreement, purchase contract, disclosure statement etc and I was told I could pick the car up on Wednesday. I get a call form the finance person on Monday telling me I can't pick up the car and that he is having a hard time with the bank because I have no credit. You would think he would have checked with the bank before he signed off on the documents. He told me to give him a day to get everything worked out. He hasn't contacted me since but I'm getting e-mails and mailings giving me congrats/thanks for leasing the car. Well here it is a week and three days later no car and no resolution.

My first time buying at boch dealer ang the buying experienced at Boch honda was awful. The sales techniques is un ethical they pressure and like to held ur creditcard hostage .I would not go back or recommend to anyone especially if u r the first time buyer. Their finance dept was awful and unprofessional. DO NOT BUY AT boch dealership. I went to four other dealers and they are more friendly and honest than the people at Boch. Aslong as I live I WILL NOT BUY AT ANY BOCH DEALERSHIP.
Remember dont sign anyhting paper til everything is confirmed.

I've been through the hi-pressure sales of buying a new car several times with different family members, but these guys are the worst. Every sales person at Boch Toyota was completely arrogant. But our "experience" ended when after reluctantly giving them our credit card, they held it hostage while negotiations were taking place. I've never seen more un-ethical sales techniques, and I've been all over Mexico and central America. Barely legal thieves is all these guys are. It took 4 different managers to come out before we finally got the card back so we could leave. Unbelievable.

My wife bought a Toyota Matrix because it is more functional than an Nissan Versa. However, the buying experience at Boch Toyota was awful. The sales person was more interested in getting what he wanted than what my wife needed. At one point he was raising his voice (and being very arugmentative) with my wife and I had to warn him to back off. Of course, they brought out the general manager to speak with us, and he was not much better - high pressur, arrogance etc. - Additionally, we drove a car my wife decided to buy (with power windows) and they sold us a car with manual - essentially, they switched cars on us. Of course, they denied they did that but my wife and I were very clear on what was in the car we test drove. One of the really odd things about the transaction was how, at the end of the transaction, they pressured us to give them an excellent rating, even asking directly, will you give us an excellent rating. We refused to answer but I can assure them that when the Toyota survey comes to us that they will not get anywhere near an excellent rating. My advice to anyone considereing a Toyota (great cars) - do not buy from a Boch dealership. They are the ones who give car salesman bad names.

We went there yesterday to see what options we might have since we have decided to get a car. Looks like Boch Honda people still dream that its a seller's market............ they need to come out of their dreams.

The reason I am writing this is because they literally...... no kidding........... literally insulted us on our face; saying would guys buy this car if we sell for $15k; if yes, give me your credit card, and I would swipe.......... right now!!!! Do not step in if you cannot afford the car........ Excuse us..... we are out to buy a $20-25...'k' car and not a $20-25 toy......... No matter how badly I would want a 'HONDA' car, I would NEVER EVER STEP IN BOCH HONDA'.......... Please do not go there...... go there only if you want a bad day.

Yesterday, I had to go there with my friend.
We had this sales person named amoury or whatever

He gives us false information, we have already researched online but we were there to do comparison on 2 cars a yaris and a corolla

since there was very minimal difference in price we decided we wanted to pursue a corolla but he still wanted to sell us the yaris!!!!

anyway, at the end of it all he tells us "do not waste our time"

Hello!!! we were all set to buy a car we just needed time to think.

We will never buy from or from Toyota

We both have decided to get a honda!!!! from some other dealer of course!

Lousy experience car-buying experience. Almost regret buying a new vehicle, even though I'd recommend a Honda (from any of the other dealers around Boston). When you buy a car here you get to ring the "sucker" bell. They dance you through multiple sales & finance people during and after the purchase to add on high finance rates and unnecessary repair insurance, etc.
Highest finance rates of any of the Honda Dealers we visited, but they did have the vehicle in stock.
My advice: Go to a bank for a loan first. With what you save, spend $50 or $100 at another dealer and still come out ahead, with less aggravation.

PROS: large inventory
CONS: High finance Interest rate, high pressure sales, no integrity

We just recently purchased a new Odyssey from Boch Honda, and are overall pleased with the experience. We originally looked at other dealerships, but they simply did not have the stock that Boch has on hand. They have a good selection of used as well as a vast selection of new Hondas. The salesman we dealt with was fair. We traded in a truck towards the Odyssey, and were given a reasonable amount for the trade. We have yet to use the service department, other than prep for the new car, but they have a huge outfit - something like 30 bays underneath the dealership, and are open 7 days a week, which is convenient. They are located on route 1 in Norwood, easy to get to off of Route 128. We are confident in referring people to Boch, and in fact friends of ours just purchased a used Odyssey from Boch over the weekend. Purchasing a car can be a bit unnerving, and not a pleasant experience, but we found our experience with Boch to be easy & relatively stress free.

EDIT - a co worker of mine just had a bad experience with the service department, so although I was happy with our purchase, we will not be bringing to Boch for service.

The sales tactics are typical, managers serve as the bad guy for price negotiations. It is kinda of insulting the buyers' intelligence to have such a foolish tactics, in my opinion.

There are plenty of dearlers a person can go to. So honesty should be the first priority for any dealer. Unfrotunately this one may fail the first test. We may go back again to try; but very doubtful.

HORRIBLE Service department which charged to rotate my tires but never performed the service. When confronted they apologized when it was brought to their attention the tires were never rotated but I was charged for the service. I called the service rep and the service manager and both did not return my calls. They suggested I have the brakes done and when I replied I wanted to talk to my husband first they persisted in pushing the issue with me. NO MEANS NO. This was my second bad experience. My first bad experience was when I came in at 3500 miles to have the oil changed and was told that I was physically damaging the car by having the oil changed that soon. I will never visit this service department ever again. Ernie should stick to his band because his service department at Boch Honda is not customer service oriented.

Pros: none

Cons: Too numerous to mention - condescending, high pressure, incompentent service staff

Because Consumer Guide told me the Honda is a great car, I bought it and it IS great. I now have a PRIUS, as well and am terrified to go to Boch Toyota, next door to this rip-off place. I took my Honda in to get new brakes, drive it out and hear a whirring noise that gets louder from the front right tire well, the faster I go. Take it back: "That's the bearings. That will be $220". I protest," There WAS no sound when I brought it in for new front brakes." "Too bad." I take it to Mass Tire: They say, "Too bad you didn't have Boch Honda fix these bearings when you had the new brakes put in. They had to go right by them to install the brakes." That's all I needed: email to National Honda. then finally get a call from Honda Service, "Bring it in." They fixed it, but as I drove out, the tape deck wouldn't work (nor does it to this day). I take it back, The tape drive worked fine before I brought it in, but someone sabotaged it in retaliation for my first complaint. Go to Service Manager: Nothing doing. Go to Sale Manager: Nothing Doing. So I just gave up on it. But now I dread ANY dealership owned by Boch, so will be driving to Brockton to get Copeland Toyota to do my service work. At least National Honda is on the ball.

Pros: National Honda will back you up on a legitimate gripe.

Cons: Poor service, poor, apathetic, hypocritical lying management

.

I just bought a Honda Accord here, and it was the worst experience ever. I knew what I wanted, and the price I wanted to pay so I did all my negotiating through e-mail. Boch offered me the best overall deal so I decided to go with them. What a stupid mistake. The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give none.

I can't fit everything I want to say here, so I'll just take you through the lowlights:

*Completely incompetent sales person who started telling me about how he needed a good review from me on his customer service survey in order to get his full commission, and he really needed the money for school--before i had started filling out any paperwork.
*Promised a delivery date of Tues.; a manager called me that morning and said my car was ready but when I showed up it wasn't ready. They refused to let me take it so they gave me a rental which they were supposed to pay for. Promised the car would be ready the next day, and the salesman would personally deliver it to my home.
*No phone call at all from the salesman regarding delivery time so I called him at 6 p.m., and was told the car still wasn't ready, but I could keep the rental another day at their cost. Again told it would definitely be ready next day. Salesman tried to blame my insurance agent for delay, even though Boch didn't fax paperwork to them until Wed. night.
*After I picked up the car salesman suddenly became concerned about my experience there. Called multiple times even though he had not bothered to keep in contact with me beforehand, when it actually mattered.
*Wrote 5 page complaint to GM. Lackluster response.
*Discovered they charged me for the rental that was supposed to be paid for by them. Last straw.

If you want to go somewhere that just cares about sales and not customer service, by all means go to Boch. But you'll probably be sorry that you did.
