Recently, I went to a wedding catered by Chef Roland. I don't usually leave reviews but his food was fabulous. The hot hors d'oeuvres were excellent with an assortment of about 15 different ones. His servers were wonderful and very helpful. The dinner itself was so good I wish I could go back for more. Spinach risotto, roasted potatoes (the best I have ever had), mixed vegetables, chicken piccata and roast beef were cooked perfectly. If I ever need a caterer I would hire him.

My sister hired Roland for her wedding 10 years ago and the food was great. We hired him for our wedding 10/2/10 and he went above and beyond! He was professional, reasonably priced and provided exceptional food and service. His staff was attentive without being in the way. Two weeks later and people still cannot stop talking about the food. The event was PERFECT!

My husband and I attended a wedding catered by Chef Roland out of Falmouth,MA this past weekend and the food was amazing! The most delicious hors d oeuvres I have ever had at any wedding, there must have been 10-12 different hors d oeuvres that came through piping hot! Dinner was also just as fabulous! A+ Presentation!

Last summer my wife and I hired Chef Roland to cater our wedding. He was incredibly flexible in working with a number of dietary restrictions and came up with a menu that blew us away. It was a cocktail-style brunch with about 12 different small plates and every single one was a hit! Six months later and we're still receiving compliments on the food! His staff is very courteous and well-trained and gave our simple affair an elegance beyond what we had expected.Chef Roland is fast, professional, creative, meticulously clean, and a darn nice person to boot. If you have the chance to work with him you will NOT be disappointed.

We attended a wedding that Chef Roland's had done at the Red Farm Inn, I think it was called, and the food was spectacular. The ingredients used were top shelf. It was a fairly simple presentation but the beauty of the scallops, strawberries, etc, and all perfectly cooked, made it a truly spectacular meal. I'm looking for a website for them so I can recommend it to a friend for this fall.

At a wedding recently canapes were good and it was downhill from there. Serving pieces used during cocktails were not polished. Dinner was served on small plastic plates, with nappropriate flatware, on poor quality polyester stained tableclothes. Only one course out of six was hot. Food was prepared, plated and chilled way in advance of service and poorly conceived and executed even taking into account the logistical requirements of a large banquet..More professional wait staff would have been useful, bar was unmanned for most of the evening. Needs to upgrade all around.

Pros: cheerful staff

Cons: mediocre food
