I had excellent teachers who made me work hard. I learned many valuable lessons that have prepared me well for my career and for my life. I would particularly like to commend the English department at Sharon High School for preparing me to write well and to read voraciously. The English teachers were demanding, and they eagerly encouraged my creativity. It is due to their inspiration that I went on to major in English in college and then to become an English teacher. My positive and wonderful experience at Sharon High made me want to teach others and inspire others the way I had been inspired. Thanks to Ms. Gattone, Ms. Wartski, and Mrs. McGarry for your devotion and the exacting standards you made me strive for and ultimately, reach! Sharon High is a great school with great teachers.
