Nauset Kennels is available for regular kenneling or doggy day care. They have recently initiated a program that will pick your dog up at various nearby locations. One thing to note- unless you specify otherwise your dog will be mixed in a large group of similar dogs playing inside and out. This will work for many dogs, but there is always a risk when animals that don't know each other are put together. Also at night the dogs are kept in inside kennels and usually are paired with another dog. I only mention this as I was not told straight out and for some animals it would be wonderful, but for others it might not be the best situation!

Nauset Kennels is nothing like the kennel your parent's brought the family pet to; IT IS WAY BETTER!!! Our pup really does enjoy going to "the kennel" as my parents called it...We call it school. In the morning when we are getting ready to head out the door for school, the minute we say "ok" , Asa comes to the door, sits down to wait for his collars to be taken off (no collars at NPS) and then he spins. When your dog spins, you know they are enjoying life and times at Nauset Pet Services. I am not sure if we have missed a service offered at Nauset. We are regulars at doggy day care ("school"), we are regulars for baths, we used the training services, we buy our dog food, toys, treats and leashes at Nauset and we do the occasional sleepover?s (and we do not have to drag Asa in like my mom had to drag our childhood pet in). Like I said, "this is not your parent's kennel!"?It gets 5 spins and a forever tail wag from our family?
