Boston Union Realty

My roomate and I had some pretty bad times with Boston Union Realty. Our realtor was really nice to us until we signed the lease, and it was almost like a Dr. Jeckyl/Mr. Hyde change. They would come into our apartment showing to new tenants with only moments notice, and if we weren't notified they didn't care, they came in anyway. I was in the shower one time, and obviously didn't hear any phones ring that they were coming, and they just came right in, it was quite embarassing. They really didn't care about the customer, only about themselves, and it was really an awful experienced to have them as our realtor company. I hope they change their ways soon, because the word is getting around about them.

I have nothing good to say about the people I dealt with at Boston Union Realty. They were untrustworthy, they would barge into our apartment after having given no notice, and they were generally rude the few times I ever got up the courage to deal with them in person at the office. They charged myself and my roommates for things that we had nothing to do with, and they were rarely available when we had questions or needed assistance. I was not happy with this company at all.
