As the studio's proprietor, Sylvia is friendly and welcoming - and also teaches a great power yoga class. Studio offers Hatha classes, during which time the heat is turned up and muscles stretch. - Teachers vary with the varied classes. Classes are from very gentle stretching to power and flow which are more challenging in endurance. - Studio's location above a tiny strip mall (CVS). The studio itself doesn't have a lot of ambiance, but Sylvia and her teachers give what they can of their own spiritual energy (and pretty burning candles and soft, tantric music) to make the place soothing. - I was a bit disappointed that a stretch-yoga class (where positions are few but held for several minutes) was no longer offered, with that teacher no longer on the roster. - But check the schedule; it varies. - I recommend A Yoga Practice.
