This Insurance agency has very dry service. They do take care of things in a somewhat timely manner, but you know service is everything and this place has some very dry and sometimes rude people working there. They never sound willing to help, put me on hold before I even have a chance to talk...not the best insurance agency to deal with.

Excellent customer focused Insurance Agency

Starting up Fairy DogParents wasn't an easy process. We are a nonprofit charity organization and our goal is to make a positive difference in the world by keeping dogs with their families and out of shelters. But sometimes trying to do the right thing isn't enough.
My Insurance Agent Stephan Murphy quickly assessed our need for liability insurance for myself and our board of directors to protect us against things that could stop us from serving the community and helping so many dogs in need.
Knowing we are covered enables us to be confident in our recommendations to provide the best support for our Sponsor Dogs.

I've been insured there for years. I've always found the staff helpful and courteous. They have great hours and are open on Saturday's.

I worked with Carol, both in person and on the phone, to open accounts for my condo insurance and my auto insurance. In both instances, she was not only able to turn the policies right around, but also to quote me super prices!
Overall, I found all office staff to be polite and professional. All are very knowledgeable about difference insurance products, and were able to communiate any differences efficiently and effectively.
I will definately recommend this company to friends and to family.

Rudest Insurance Company Ever

I was in the other day to ask some questions regarding my policy and you would of thought I was asking to take over the company. All of them were rude asking why I would want to look over my policy, asking me for what reason . The final straw was when I asked please let me see it they said listenwe really don't need your businees for 603.00 dollars a year why don't you cancel it with us we don't need to explain anything to you.
Actually Joe who works there had the nerve to call me a b**** for asking. Mr Lydon was very very rude too. Go elsewhere I plan on it. Very Very RUDE
