Benz Den

After taking my 2002 MERCEDES e-320 4-m wagon to several neighborhood "professional" EUROPEAN repair shops. After spending several hundreds of dollars trying to repair an intermittent no start and rough running problem, I took my car to "THE BENZ DEN", in BELMONT mass. after charging a one hour fee of $95.00, they called me with the diagnosis. there were two underlying problems that were the root of my complaint, a fuel pump relay and chaffed wiring were causing my wallet to become much lighter at two mercedes dealerships and one local "professional" european expert auto repair shop. My mercedes will never go anywhere else for service or repairs.

I thought they might know well about Mercedes, so I gave a try. They charged me a lot, but the quality of service was not good. After their service, my car started to smoke from the engine room. People at Benz Den were very rude and dishonest. Just avoid them unless you want to waste your time and money.
