I'm one of those guys thats obsessed with maintaining my lawn to have the best one of the block. When ever my equipment needs to be repaired, I always bring it to these guys. Dave at the front desk knows his stuff and is very friendly.

I bought a chainsaw from the guy there, and he was very friendly. I came in knowing exactly which model I wanted and saw it on display, but it took him over an hour to get to me even though there was only one other customer in the store. He was answering phone calls and talking with his helper. When I first used my chainsaw, I found that the safety kick back device was jambed in a way that made the saw unusable until I pulled all the springs out. I feel like the defect was not Husqvarna's fault, but rather someone at the store (either a customer or an employee) abusing the chainsaw somehow before I bought it. I'm going to bring it somewhere else to have it fixed.

I brought my snow blower to be fixed and it wasmore than 4 weeks and no snow blower. They keep saying the part is not in but other dealers of the brand say the part is available and can be over nighted for installation. I had the snow blower put back together and took it to another dealer who had me back in business within 3 days.

They may have had good service in the past, but my 2007 experience has been that they picked up my lawnmower for a tune-up for the following week, and now, almost 3 weeks later, my mower is still not tuned up. They did not tell me when I made the appointment that they were backed up at least a week to 10 days, and now it's been twice that amount of time. They haven't been professional about getting the job done or about giving a realistic time estimate.
