My experience with Richards Motorcars was excellent! Everyone I dealt with including Paulo and his service team were incredibly professional and helpful. I was so pleased with my experience that I referred my business partner to Richards Motorcars, and he just purchased a new vehicle as well.

Frank Bonanno went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. Our entire experience from the first meeting to the final car handoff has been great. Everything was done perfectly, on time and exactly as we discussed. Their prices are very competitive (I shopped around a lot), and they are no-haggle prices, which is actually nice - takes the stress out of the buying process. I highly recommend this place!

I don't normally write of good experiences simply due to the fact I expect good experiences everywhere I go no matter what it is I'm doing. However, During a recent vehicle shopping expedition I came across a website that caught my attention RichardsMotorcars.com. I was originally looking for a SAAB and found what I was looking for. The vehicle I found appeared to be the cleanest looking and had the most detailed pictures also the lowest mileage of all the SAAB vehicles I was looking at as well as the best price! I went to the link to view Dealer's website and came upon Richards Motorcars. I started looking at the inventory and noticed that all the vehicles listed appeared to be well above average condition, great prices, had very low mileage and in most cases, still under the factory warranty? uncommon to me being in the automobile business for the past 22 years. After looking at all the higher end inventory at Richards, I started to think that whoever was running that operation obviously cared about what they were selling and the prices showed me that they wanted to move vehicles and were in the business for the long haul. I called and was greeted by Jim Iannuzzi (The General Manager) who was very helpful, accommodating and patient. I asked Jim about several different vehicles and he gave me all the answers I was looking for, car faxes, warranties, conditions, prices, etc. Because at this point I was thinking about several different vehicles to purchase. I narrowed my search down to 3 vehicles: 1) 2005 Cadillac SRX with 32,000 miles. 2) 2006 Mercedes C240 4 Matic with 26,000 miles. 3) 2005 SAAB 9-5 AERO Sedan with 25,000 miles. All vehicles in very nice shape, low mileage, still under the factory warranty and all around the same price range, within 1,000.00-2,000.00 of each other I ended my quandary, deciding on the Cadillac SRX. Long story short? The wife's happy! Great operation, great vehicles, great people to deal with (you need patience to deal with me), great interest rate and an overall great experience! Thanks, Joe.

I found a 2007 Tundra advertised on line, phoned Richards Motorcars and after talking with the salesman and being assured it was in excellent condition I made a $500.00 deposit. Purchased an airline ticket flew into Boston only to discover the Tundra had obviously been in an accident and had a poor fix up job. After discussion with the salesman, the deposit was suppose to be cancelled. Never mind, I was out $900.00 for the flight. It it now a month later and Richards' Motorcars has not made the cancellation transaction on my credit card and I have to go through Credit Card Services to retrieve my money. Definitely not a good experience and certainly not very trustworthy.

I am a 30 year old female who was a little nervous about going in to buy a car on my own for the first time. Walking into Richards for the first time I was greeted right away and did not feel pressured. The staff was very helpful and understanding, they took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I ended up with a great car at a great price and could not be more happy. I don't think my experience could have gone any better.

I would tell and have told everyone I know looking for a used higher end car or truck to purchase from Richards' Motorcars. They are honest, and sell the best cars around with the best prices, I have been buying cars from Richards' for over 10 yrs. I dont understand how someone could complain about this place. They are the best.

I bought a car there a year ago. Worst car buying experience of my life! I bought a car there (that barely passed inspection), when I brought it in to discuss the issues they put me off until the car was out of warranty. In less than 10k miles I have had to put $3500 into a car that only had 20K miles on it. They say the car was never in an accident but 3 different body shops told me it had extensive damage to every side of the car. Try asking for Richard, you will get no where.. Tom, the smarmy sales manager told me on every occasion that Richard Jr. did not want to talk to me. Sad to see that this guy put his business in the hands of a liar! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, and don't expect any customer service after the sale, it won't happen. Richard, if you are reading this, you need to re evaluate your staff.. They are scumbags!!

All I have to say, don't expect any customer service once the deal is done! They all should be ashamed of themselves, you go in there for service, the guy who was your best friend when he sold you the car, well he is your worst enemy if you bring in for service! Yes, after weeks of aggravation, numerous attempts and out of pocket expenses, they finally agreed that the issues MY MECHANIC noted, needed to be fixed. Filed a complaint with the BBB, the owner responds with all lies! I really don't know how any of these people who work there sleep at night! Oh, and I kept hearing, we have been in business for 40 years...blah blah. That means diddly if you have BBB complaints! My advice do your business elsewhere and research!

I found Richards on line , in a nut shell it looked like a place I wanted to purchase a vehicle from, UNTIL I met the Sales Manager Jim who basicly told me, their prices are their prices PERIOD end ( in a salesy manager sort of way), I asked if I checked around would this be true, he stated yes. I asked around to business owners in town and they had NOT heard of this... The next day I sent an offer in via email ( $3k less than askling price)---received NO response... I Called one day later the sales manager, Jim , he told me.. even if he did lower the price for me, it was not going to be enough to make me jump... and he gave no counter-offer nothing... JUST APPARENTLY DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS... HOW DOES HE KNOW WHAT WILL OR WILL NOT MAKE ME JUMP.... Personally I am glad I did NOT jump because one of the local business owners on rte 99 I called, referred me to a place that actually WANTS my business, and is looking to retain me as a customer for life

Bought an Audi a6 from Richards Motorcars jan. 08 very pleased! Price was very competive and the service was excellent. Had a small problem with the cruise control a wk. later but was very satisfied that yhey handled the problem very promptly and even gave me a loaner car. I guess I was expecting to get the run around from them, being that they are a used car dealer but I was wrong. I Would Recomend

The most terrible dealership ever. The service department? Oooo, you don't wanna deal with them, they will make you wait for months, and then refuse to service your car, even though you have bought all the kind of warranties they offered you. They will make you to pay a deductible, which you aren't supposed to pay when your car is being serviced at the dealership from which you have bought it(indicated in the warranty purchased agreement). Yeah, one more thing when after all this you still decide to buy a car from them make sure they don't screw you up on the paperwork.
