I drop my car off for a simple tire repair and wheel balance. They call me back to tell me that there is a thread separation on both rear tires. They recommend new tires. I select the tires I want and call them to have them installed. Three hours later, I call to check. They tell me that they are waiting for me to call them to go ahead. I tell these idiots to go ahead. They tell me they will call me when the car is ready. I wait another few hours (no call) and call them. They tell me that they do not have the tires I wanted. Now remember that they told me they had them TWICE. So I have wasted a day of my time and have nothing to show for it. IDIOTS. I would give them zero stars but one star is a low as it gets.

Hogan was extremely convenient to where I lived which is why I initially brought my car there to repair a tire. But their fast, affordable, professional service made me know where all future tire & auto concerns would be handled.

I've needed two tires repaired in the last couple years, and this is where I took my car. They are courteous, fast, and charge very reasonable prices.
