Just walking into this store will make you feel good. They have a wonderful selection of organic foods. They have a good line of Asian products that can still be a challenge to find locally. This is the place I go when I need some taste of home. Their deli foods are excellent, too, though they tend to be a bit spicy side for me.

Lots of great stuff packed in this small storefront on Nbpt's upper High Street. - Organic pastas and rice, seaweed (dulse), fresh breads, vegan cheeses, organic produce, freshly-baked scones, vegan cupcakes, vegan energy bars, a lunch (take-out) deli that has several vegan/vegetarian options. - Also can buy in bulk: nutritional yeast, various nuts, etc. Vitamins, soy products, Tofurkey... also natural beauty/skin care products. A bit pricey ... but a great place, especially for items that you won't find in Shaws or Market Basket ...
