Gary was so nice and helpful that I had to write this recommendation. I almost bought an Oreck but through my own research discovered Miele and the Hingham Vacuum House. It's been 10 years with the same vacuum and it works great. I love the Hepa filter because of my allergies. I lost a few attachements, and needed a few minor repairs, but Gary always fixed it. He saved me a lot of money and I won't go anywhere else.

I took my old-but-serviceable Eureka into the shop and the repair was inexpensive and done well. Considering i thought i'd have to get a new one, i appreciate their honesty and their ability to fix an old model. The shop is in a shopping mall so parking's great and the hours are pretty good too.
