Parked at PreFlight twice this month. Good service from van drivers and cashiers. However returned from a 5 day trip to CA for Thanksgiving to find my car window keyed. Called the Boston office to report and was told of the no liability sign that is posted for out door parking. I understand- did not get angry with the gal I spoke with, just told her I was reporting vandalism. She asked if I'd like to speak with a sup. I said yes and then was put on hold for ever- eventually hung up after many minutes. Very poor service in that department and I will not recommend this company- my new Preflight card has just been deposited in the trash. There are other options out there.
