last year during our flooding emergency, we called Carpet Busters in order to help us dry our basement. They came after 3 hour ( by that time the fire department extracted all the water). The company charged us for work they did not do. We never received our money back and when we call them they hang up on us. Carpet Busters (in Roslindale, MA) are taking advantage of families in emergency situations. The customer service is really bad and they don't care about customers just about their pockets. They steal money from people in bad situation. SHAME ON THEM.

Very Professional & Fast Response

Flood Squad responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house.
