I have known Danny for a few years. He has helped me set up complete video CCTV in 3 business I own. The first 2 I bid out and Danny was the best. After he did the first 2 I just gave him the 3rd. His service and attention to detail are the best I have ever dealt with. I only wish he also ran a cleaning service and painting....

Dear Mike A As owner of Array Auto Sound I would like to respond to your complaint, Remote starters are $199 installed and cars with anti theft keys REQUIRE an additional module at a cost of $55. The customer MUST provide a valet key I explain this to every customer and obviously there was a misunderstanding. As far as for your alarm going off I would appreciate it if you would call me as soon as possible so that I may be able to resolve your problem. Sincerely

I brought my car here to have a remote starter put in it and I couldn't believe how unprofessional this place was. I'm sure they do great Home Video Surveillance stuff but they are not experts in remote starters by any means! (looks like remote starters were an afterthought to this business to bring in a few extra $$)

I have a newer (05) Accord that has a factory alarm which I thought would be a pretty common car to do! I told them what I had and they told me the starter would cost $150 installed and it would control the factory alarm. Sounds great right? Wrong! They had my car all day and were on and off the phone with people asking how to do my car. After they were "done" I get my car back and not only does it NOT control the factory alarm but they told me I needed to pay and extra $150 for a key bypass and I needed to give up my $100 key. None of this was told to me before-hand and they would not release my car until I paid for it.

Bottom line:
Quoted $150 for everything
Cost me $450 and my alarm goes off every time I try to remote start it.

I would not go back here.

I got a remote starter and alarm for my wife's car from Array Auto Sound. I called many places for a comparison check before deciding on Array. The owner was very down to earth and honest. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me on a fair price. I would definitely recommend Array Auto Sound

Greetings,I wrote a very nasty review about Array Auto Sound back on 8/31/07. I was not pleased with them and before I even gave them a chance to make me a happy customer I went on and on about how dishonest and how they cheat people. I want it on record that I acted like a spoiled child who wines when things don't go my way . The owner Mr Menezes has gone out of his way to make me a happy customer. I am now a satisfied customer who is ashamed of the awful things I said about him..He has been in business over 30 years and I'm the only one who complained about him. I hope my remarks did not harm his business and want the people of Medford to know that he is a decent and honest man and not the crook I accused him of being. Array Auto Sound is a reputable business and Mr Menezes is an honest man. My apologies to him and hope the fine people of Medford continue to do business with him.. Thx John S.

I have no idea what planet the gentlemen who wrote the review lives on. Mr Menezes, the owner of Array Sound, is a person I have dealt with for many years. His business, Array Sounds, is 28 years young and going strong. How is that possible if his customers are not treated right? Mr. Menezes handles complex installations virtually like no other installer in the business. His experience allows him to quickly install in vehicles that other installers would take much longer to install. He gives straight advice and handles problems to the best of his ability. Is there such a thing as a bad customer? YOU BET. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Marshall

Array Auto Sound stuck it to me but good. Spent $850.00 and for that kind of $$$ you would think he would be honest. Had remote starter and alarm installed. Asked him if he had (COLOR) not b&w back up camera and monitor.He claimed he was unable to find a color one anywhere and suckered me into a b&w .Picture quality was terrible. Later found out he buys stuff from Crank It Up a business up the st. who sells color back up cameras and they know him,he knows them. He wanted to get rid of this $300.00 piece of garbage he had in stock and I was his perfect chump. Called him and he said I am having dinner now and hung up on me. Called A.G.,s office to file a complaint,(pending). He is a dishonest man who eat,sleeps and dreams of $$$$$$ Don,t be one of his victims... Go to Krank It Up.they are honest people...
