Everything is fresh with tons of different fresh veggies and fruit. There is also a deli which makes sandwiches, the soups are amazing and there is also a little market inside. There are a lot of organic options in the market as well as fresh produce and snacks. All of their sandwiches are made to order with Boors Head Deli meat and cost under $5.
