i did some on line research midway automotive had my dream car
a 2006 bmw i was very impressed with the sales person (frank) that i dealt with. i had always bought new cars in the past, i was impressed with the easy going laid back atmosphere at midway.
these guys are not your typical car guys. they alson give you all oil changes and tire rotations for free as long as you own your car!!!
after searching on the internet i found a BMW x5 at midway automotive,i was contacted by dennis who gave me the pricing i was looking for. i took a ride to midway dennis introduced me to frank who was patient with me i left that day with my BMW, the whole process was easy and unlike other car buying experiences.
go see these guys if you are tired of the typical car buying experience.
after being frustrated by new car dealer bait and switch newsparer adds we went to midway automotive. they have a laid back sales approach the pricing was easy and fair, they give you free oil changes and tire rotations as long as you own the car. selection is incredable over 200 cars to choose from. I would recommend them to anyone>
This was the first time i did not buy a new car and i was surprised at the selection, easy going atmosphere at Midway Automotive. It was by far the most pleasant experience i ever had buying a car. they give you free oil changes and tire rotations for the life of your car. I delt with Charles in sales and Gary the manager both were very easy do deal with, I would feel very confident sending other friends and relatives there, Great job guys!!!!!

Had to purchase three new tires only one month after buying car.Also required brake pads.In terms of service, called to make appointment for oil change as 'change engine oil' light is on whenever car is started.I was told that car had to have been driven 5,000 miles before I'd get free oil change! Anyone with any knowledge of auto maintainance knows that oil should be changed every 3,000 miles.Needless to say, I really can't believe they would reneg on such a small service.Car is not that great either, eats gas.Would not puchase from this dealership again.....
I called Midway's Internet Manager first, about a used car I saw on the website. When I went there, I was shown the car right away. Hint: call Mike, the Internet Manager first, to get up to the minute availability of the vehicle and to make an appointment so you don't have to wait. I went on a wicked busy day, but since I had the appointment, I didn't have to wait for a salesman. This totally worked for me.
I went for a test drive with the salesman. I chose a mechanic shop and made an appointment to have the car checked out there, before signing on the dotted line. Midway paid for my independent inspection. Awesome. The car checked out, zero problems. I suggest you go to a mechanic you know and trust, like I did.
I got the car for less than sticker price and with free oil changes and tire rotations for as long as I own the car. Good guys to deal with, no pressure. I'm very happy with the vehicle and the dealership. J.Tim
i put down a deposit on a truck on 4/10, they cashed the check ,the deal fell through because of to many "dealer fees",todays date is 5/10 and i still have not received my deposit back, I have made 2 calls to the dealership and 1 call to my salesman who said "he would check on it" . I'm sure the checks in the mail?
While we got a good deal on our vehicle we had nothing but problems with them. When we went to pick it up there was a crack in the windshield and they tried to get us to put it through OUR insurance co. plus there were other problems with them. Thought maybe it was just us but have since found others that have had nothing but problems with them also.
